No one ever really wants to take the car in for service, but Acura Columbus makes it so easy, so convenient, and they are excellent at communication. I love the video diagnostic of my car each time, and this time they picked my car up and dropped it back off at my home, washed and all tuned up! I never feel upcharged and always leave with a smile. I wish all businesses took this good care of their customers.

As a owner I highly recommend this vehicle I've had zero issues with mine and I'll purchase another new Acura in the future quality without compromise

Overall, great experience working with Kevin the salesman. I bought a used Honda Odyssey from him and after being able to see it through a virtual video he sent me and then negotiation over the phone and text message, we were able to agree on a price.

Makeena was absolutely amazing to our family. Our family’s conflicting schedules make it hard to shop for cars together, so our time was quite limited. When we showed up with 35 minutes left till close, she was very busy and still took the time to acknowledge us with a very welcoming smile. We were a little hesitant about Auto Boutique since we hadn’t heard of them, but the selection and Makeena made us want to return over the weekend. We had a couple cars that we considered looking at elsewhere, but Makeena’s willingness to stand in the rain with us, and patience as we rejected multiple cars made us want to continue to work with her and see to that she got the sale, because her attitude earned our business. I probably won’t trade in another car here as I really believe the appraisers could have put more money into the trade, but we accepted the deal with no regrets. Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

We recently visited Great Lakes Kia in search of a new family vehicle, not positive we wanted to lease or purchase sooner or later. I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

Steve Austin's is a great place to have any GM vehicle serviced. I purchased my Cadillac XT4 at a Dayton dealership, but have my car serviced at Steve Austin's for two important reasons: 1.) Great service, top notch service writers and technicians. 2.) Steve Austin's goes to great lengths to ensure your vehicle is properly serviced. They contacted GM directly regarding an electrical issue, corrected the problem and my car was fixed. The Dayton dealership was eager to sell me my Cadillac take the cash, but not eager to schedule my car for service. An oil change and tire rotation was 3 weeks out, no loaner cars available as I work and live in another city. They promoted written false advertising stating that they would pick up my car from my employer, service it and return it the same day. No deal when I called to schedule for service. I won't return to that Dayton dealership, but I will continue to repeatedly go back to Steve Austin's!

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

I was able to find the car of my dreams at Auto Palace. Came in for a test-drive not planning to buy due to the state of my credit. Nazar was able to get me in to my dream car with $0 down! and my rate was better than expected. Glad I stopped by! You should too.

It was just what we wanted and were not disappointed to this day as the gas mileage is great and the heads up is awesome.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

An excellent achievement in automobile design and performance. Fit and finish on both the exterior and interior is outstanding. Acceleration and steering are the best of any SUV I have ever driven. The Acura RDX scores a 10 out of 10!

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.
