We were disappointed the car was not washed at this service or at a recent service. We have enjoyed a clean car in the past. We have been Acura owners for 30+ years at this dealership. It?s disappointing this new company has not continued this very much appreciated service.

I have found that the dealership is reliable and reasonably priced for a luxury car. The staff and all personal in the service department are courteous and helpful. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I am kept updated. There are no “surprise” charges. Finally, I leave with a clean car! I would highly recommend Gary Force Acura!

I particularly needed to know the exact upfront costs (itemized) and monthly payments before making a decision. - the vehicle I leased was not available at this particular store so my sales person needed to located and trade for this vehicle: this was handled seamlessly and turnaround was superb. - I was able to setup a time that worked for me when picking up the vehicle and my request to expedite my time spent completing the necessary paperwork was met. Best purchase of a new car I have ever had. With all the noise of very few new cars to choose from, I found that not the case with them. Got the car the color at a fair price and on my way in with very little time spent at the dealership.

I called made appointment with this dealership and the experience was great all around. From the time I walked in Jordan assisted me by explaining everything they will be doing and checking based on the maintenance reminder on my dash board. The location has a very nice waiting area nice chair and desk with free wifi for me to log in and work while they working on my car. It was done on time as promised. Jordan advised me what was done and what needs to be done in the future with no pressure. The best part of all after done , he took extra time to show me how to use my cell phone via blue tooth and how to navigate and adjusting my driver sit to the distance I need using the future my Acura offers.
