I was in for regular service and a repair and all of that was completed as expected / very well. It was easy to make the appointment online and the service rep, Oscar, kept us informed while they completed the work. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that the service department now adds a 2% credit card fee and I was unaware of it until I was paying. If I had known in advance, I would have brought my checkbook to avoid the fee. It seems like it would be easy for them to clearly convey that info during the scheduling and check-in process.

2016 Acura TLX review
Loved this car so much but after a few years it really started to show its age. If it’s to cold the remote start didn’t work and it has trouble starting. It’s super fun to drive and if I didn’t need more room I would love to keep it longer. With 2 car seats there is no room in the backseat.

Got a fair deal, Beaver had a very capable team who knew how to handle out of state taxes and title. The transaction was smooth once we got to a deal. One disappointing thing, be aware the online price is not the price - they tack on an additional set of line items above and beyond the Beaver “WOW” price. They hid behind “it’s on the website” when I pushed back on it. And then add on the usual paperwork fees.

2016 Acura TLX review
I purchased this car used several years old now. Switched from the Accord and it is much quieter to drive. Slightly smaller than the accord and sit lower in this vehicle. The comfort is somewhat better as is the performance. The V6 is more sluggish from stop than I expected but still smooth and moves if you want it to. I do find the TLX not the best in snowy conditions compared to the accord but I only have FWD model. Overall, I great value for the cost in a luxury brand.

Justin Hart is a awesome salesman, I bought a 2010 Chevrolet HHR LS great car that needs a little love, but overall is a great ride, & you get a warranty with your vehicle, I am a bit partial by this car lot as I know the Owners Dale & Lorraine, and yes there's another sales guy can't leave out Clayton, & then Chris their mechanic, I use to sell vehicles with a friend of mine Dave Losey @ R & C Used Cars, Dale & everyone except Justin knew Dave, Dale & Dave use to buy vehicles at the auction and one thing I learned from Dave was, you never bid against your friend, unfortunately Dave Losey passed away unexpectedly 4 years ago, leaving just Dale left to sell great Used vehicles. That's why this is my 2nd Used vehicle I have bought from D & L Auto Sales. One last comment, when selling a used vehicle, you don't know what you are getting, unless the salesman tell's you what is wrong with it, and it's your choice whether to buy it and fix it, like mine, it needs a little tweaking to where I like it too be, so keep doing what you are doing Justin Hart, stay honest & up front with your customers and you will go a long way in the business. 2016 Acura TLX review
My first Acura. Compared to ALL other luxury sedans, that I have owned, the TLX AWD V-6 is vastly superior (Lexus, Lincoln, Cadillac, Audi). Other than regular maintenance, this car has not needed any repairs. It is quiet, hugs the road and is extremely powerful. It is loaded with features and has a fantastic sound system. It links seamlessly to my phone. Lighting is very good. Paint still looks new.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

2015 Acura TLX review
Very reliable doesn’t require much maintenance as long as you keep up with the bare minimum such as the oil changes. I fell in love with the chocolate interior hence why I purchased the car. Would highly recommend that you buy.

2015 Acura TLX review
I have a 2015 TLX Tech Pkg with the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine. Has been a pretty good car, bought it used with 51,000 miles and have put about 11,000 on it so far. Only had to do 2 oil changes at my local Acura dealership plus fluid changes as well as recommended in the manual. So far love the car and the 2 screen setup is pretty nice. Everyone always compliments the interior!
