The TLX provides the modern day technology, class, dependability and quality for at a reasonable price. Every time I have told someone that I own an Acura they use adjectives like ?Nice? but once they see the car they are totally impressed!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Great car all around and the SH-AWD. Is great! I also got the tech package with the great stereo also a must. I had silver, grey metallic and black in my Acura’s lately!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

If I have to, I would own this against a lexus is250 easily and maybe even against the lexus es350.
I test drove a 2014 Mercedes C250 and the Acura TLX. The Acura won my vote hands down. I owned my last vehicle 13 years, looking forward to a long relationship with this beauty. Absolutely stunning vehicle!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Enjoyed the car and would still be driving it but I was in a really bad crash. It took multiple impacts and my wife and myself walked away. It was totaled.
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!

I bought this car for the reliability and some of the electronics I was also looking for luxury and is visually weak in this area. Think it would be more comfortable for a taller person. Hopefully I will like it more when I get used to all the electronics. Need to figure out how to turn off the lane warning alarm. Very irritating
Kyle Vavra is an excellent Service Consultant! He communicated the conditions of my car, and clearly spoke of, and even showed me the parts needed, as well as discussed labor required to make repairs. He prioritized the repairs so I could work within my budget to get them done.

Excellent look and style. Great performance in the 4 cylinder model...excellent fit and finish of this car. Great gas mileage and very dependable with the Acura name!
Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike!

Car is fun to drive . Handles well with great acceleration. Two screen information center is a little much. Have had no problems with it.
It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. Other dealers were playing the same old deception games. Great job Zach and Groove Toyota in South Denver!
Luxury meets sporty

After test driving many other sedans, I was amazed by the smooth but sporty ride and the attention to details inside and out. A truly beautiful car that’s fun to drive.
I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.

I love this car. My only complaint is the set-up of the AC/Heating system. Most of the controls are on the touch screen display. I prefer manual buttons because I think it would be easier to change the climate while driving.
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.

Great vehicle that money can buy. Super sporty, reliable, and fuel efficient with an affordable price tag. They have the Honda reliability with great luxury features and also great for daily use.
Great service top to bottom. From the moment I walked in to buying a car they treated me with respect and consideration. Only dealership I will be recommending people to. If you can, get Kieffer. Guy is very inclusive.

I bought a 2015 Acura TLX to replace my 2004 Acura TL that I owned for 8 years and that had over 286,000 miles on it. The TLX was the SH-AWD with Technology Package and it was worth every penny! I love this car! It is a severe upgrade from the TL and I have had no remorse from this purchase. I am an Acura owner for life at this point!
