McGrath Acura of WestmontReviews
McGrath Acura of Westmont review
I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved
2024 Acura Integra review
For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars. I typically keep my vehicles until they become money pits. I am only listing "cars" not my trucks and SUV's. I've had 1988 ($8k used) and 1994 ($34k new) Supra's (pre-Fast and Furius days, both amazing cars and not modified), 2001 ($30k new) Audi A4 2.8 (horrible car - spent more time in a loaner than my actual car), 2013 ($34k new) Dodge Charger SRT-8 (best car I've ever owned but was totaled, was an actual Dodge before FCA took over production in 2014), and it's replacement was a fully loaded 2022 ($60K) Dodge Charger Scat Pack (looked and sounded great, but is tied as worst car with the Audi, Stellantis era vehicle - only vehicle I've ever traded before paying it off). I traded in the Scat for the Integra ($38k) and have zero regrets. Yes, I lost 275 HP - but I also got a car that looks great, gets 38 MPG (at 65 MPH on back-roads), has almost all the same features (the ones it does have are better), and has had zero issues in 12000 miles and 2x 1300-mile interstate road trips (at 85 MPH getting 35 MPG). As I primarily use this as a commuter, the thing I like the most is $30 vs $75 tank of premium fuel from the SRT and Scat every week (and my insurance dropped $400 a year). Believe it or not, even though it is a compact sedan, it has more legroom in the rear than the Charger (a "full size sedan"). My main issues with the car are the original tires had very hard rubber and caused what people say is the loud road noise, there is no cooled seat option, and no AC vents in the rear of the car. Other minor issues are even on the premium 18" wheels the car sits very low, even though the hatch is great for cargo it leaves little headroom for taller passengers, and the cheap gloss black trim in the front leaves fingerprints and is easy to scratch (upgraded to aftermarket caron fiber).

Baha Auto Group review
I worked with Sal, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. He got me into my dream Scat Pack the same day with a low down payment, even with fair credit. The whole process was easy, transparent, and completely stress-free from start to finish. Sal kept it real the entire time, answered every question I had, and never made me feel pressured. He’s a cool xxx dude who genuinely wants to help people get into the right car. If you’re looking for a vehicle, ask for Sal. He’ll take care of you. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m beyond grateful he helped me get my dream car. He definitely deserves the support!
2023 Acura Integra review
I got the base package, I wish I would have gotten the A-Spec. There is a faulty window seal on the drivers side that needs attention and the adaptive cruise control is new for me, along with the engine idle shut off, both features I can live without.

Glenview Luxury Imports review
I worked with Tarik to get my 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and it was a really great experience. He was extremely patient through the sales process and took me through all my options and helped me find the best way to get what I wanted. I would certainly recommend using Tarik and the rest of the team at Glenview to purchase another car in the future and recommend them to anyone who's in the market!

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I had an excellent experience buying a new RDX from this car dealer. Raffy was my salesperson, and he did a great job answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. I also live in Wisconsin and bought from this car dealer in Illinois and the process was extremely smooth and no extra work on my end was needed. I am very satisfied with the new car and this dealership.

Bill Kay Downers Grove NissanReviews
Bill Kay Downers Grove Nissan review
I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

I was periodically contacted about my car/service through out the day. My car was ready by the time I left work. Overall great experience for a stressful event.

Overall The salesperson John was most helpful, kind and professional. My only complaint was it took them a while to get all my paperwork and docs that I signed emailed to me. Also car shipment company they used to transport vehicle to my destination could have better up to date info on delivery date... instead of last minute.

Great experience with my service advisor, Joe Bednarek. He was very helpful, explained the repairs clearly, and made the whole process easy. He went above and beyond.
2023 Acura Integra review
I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

I was skeptical at first, but Jonathan Medina quickly put me at ease. He was outgoing, but not pushy. He allowed me to fully inspect the vehicle at my pace. He was very forthcoming about the vehicle and very reasonable negotiating the price for the vehicle. Felt very comfortable with him and the other sales staff. The process was seamless. Very happy with the purchase. Would recommend them to anyone.

just bought a New Kia Telluride last Friday, and I want to say that I'm more than happy with all the staff at Napleton Kia of Elmurst who helped me with the purchase of my vehicle. Jose in sales was very helpful from start to finish, and Marco in financing answered all the questions that I had. The managers are professional and always making sure that we, as customers received good service and attention. I'm recommending this dealer to friends and family 10/10.

McGrath Acura of Morton Grove review
Just bought an RDX spaceship from these guys. The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. In more than 50 years. Sebastion, our salesman, was incredible. Spent an enormous amound of time explaining the car's thousands of features, and made all the settings, etc. he thought we would want. Even helped out the next day via facetime when we forgot how some of them worked. And then called AGAIN the next day to make sure we didn't have more questions!!! When's the last time that ever happenned to you? Elson, his manager? More of the same. No BS, no haggling, reasonable on every issue and request; cuts righ to the chase. Found out he jogs near our home and actually invited him to stop by for coffee. When has that ever happenned? Rashard? Continued the same great service. Looking for a car? These are the guys to see.

Rides smooth, love and enjoy the ride and power. Sporty but with luxurious look and family in mind. My kids like it. The audio is awesome. I feel like I am at a concert with zero noise from outside. I feel very safe with all the technology. The car has to offer.

Looking for a 2nd MDX preowned coz very happy with our 1st new MDX from this same dealership leased last June 2025. Sale service was a great experience with Alex so decided to show loyalty to this location. And what we found in sale service so exceeded our expectation. Mike Snyder was great to work with very professional, highly transparent with offers and so attentive with his customers! Go check him out at McGrath Acura Westmont, you will end up with a great car buying/leasing experience!
