My husband and I drove down from the Chattanooga area to look at a Suburban we found online. When we arrived we saw that they had added another to their inventory. We fell in love with it. We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. Ray and Miguel had worked past closing and went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle to come home after we sold ours. This was definitely an unusual experience, but the level of customer service was amazing!! We would highly recommend Hertz Car Sales Stone Mountain to anyone!!!

Its easier to point out what I dont like. I spent the first day shutting off all the stinking horn beeps and light flashing when I walk up to it or away from it. The garage door opener button was so tiny and there are 3 , I had to put a orange mark on it, my other Honda I can push on the fuel door and it opens . I do not have to search for the release. When opening the trunk, the camera lense is in the center so I push on that all the time vs the correct button. I like to stop a car and listen to the end of the song on the radio or end of the conversation, with this car , I have to leave it running, the is no ACC from running. I miss a mechanical lever for the parking brake, I will never use this push button electric parking brake gizmo. Voice commands for directions was a flop, Tried it once, siad "airport" 20+ times. I just tell my $50 droid where I want to go and it works first time every time. What I like. nice rubber protection mats, storage below the trunk, personal pace cruise control, handsome leather interior, automatic braking.

Upgraded from a 2007 Honda Pilot (which was a fantastic and dependable vehicle). Had my eye on the MDX for a few years and finally purchased the Technology model. I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The steering wheel is solid, and steering is easy. Road handling and traction is great and instills confidence. It has a smooth ride and is very quiet, especially for the price. The interior is well laid out and has plenty of room. It is comfortable-I've taken several 2000 mile round-trips in it with family. The exterior is beautiful and gets stares. Love how the long front and back row doors makes the vehicle look. I purchased 20 inch Acura Berlina black alloy rims and it makes the car look even better. It is powerful and fast, especially when you put it into Sport mode, and passing is easy. Going from first to second gear is slow and it does take some time getting used to. But the slowness disappears when you put it into Sport mode. The only thing I would have done differently is get the Advance model which has softer leather seats.

I found this dealership online. I had never heard of them but saw they had a car I was interested in and would check it out. My salesperson Shane was AMAZING. Very friendly and patient with me. I can't express how grateful and over the moon I was to find the exact car with everything I wanted and more. Shane stayed late to ensure I was taken care of. He was overall FANTASTIC!!! The general manager Nick was awesome and their finance team...Kash was so pleasant. Everyone was such a joy to work with and went up over and beyond to assure that I was taken care of. I was in the market for a Mercedes, and I must say, they have a great selection and the price was way under what I had planned to spend. I have always bought from Mercedes dealership...not anymore. By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

When I took my vehicle in for oil change, I was assured the wait time would a a little over an hour but it ended up being longer and finally called for my husband to pick me up. Seems like this is usually the case… it always takes much longer than I’m told. They need to be more truthful/realistic and be up front about the wait time. It’s getting old!

This car is reliable. has all the technology up to date. low maintenance and cheap to maintain. good gas mileage. good quality materials. good value for the money paid. lots of standard features that are not standards in other brands and come at a high cost

Our salesman was Chris and he was AWESOME!! I will say that car dealerships are NOT my favorite place to go but Lou Sobh Kia was a GREAT experience. We ordered a 2022 Telluride and it arrived on 3/31. Chris was very helpful during the whole process and it was extremely EASY. We met Jeff (the manager) and he was also very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Lou Sobh Kia to anyone wanting to look into getting a KIA. This is the place to go and we live 2 hours away. We LOVE our Telluride and again this is the BEST experience I have EVER HAD with a car dealership!!

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Overall a great vehicle inside and out. Powerful motor for just a 4 cylinder engine. Quiet interior while driving. Soft and cushy seats. Large panoramic sunroof. Only downside is the trackpad for the infotainment system. Would prefer a touch screen. Extremely happy with this vehicle.

Very seldom am I impressed the way I was with Jackson Acura when I went in to have work done under warranty due to a recall. Pat Crossen and Yvonne Russel in the service department were exceptional in their communication and helpfulness. I bought a set of tires from Jackson Acura over Costco even though Costco was priced a little lower and much closer to home because of how impressed I was with Pat and Yvonne. When I picked up my car, a gentleman overheard the receptionist telling me where Yvonne was waiting for me to pick up my car and he said he would walk me there. It turned out to be the owner of the store, Harvey Jackson, and that was at the end of the day at 6:50 pm. How many owners of a dealership would have done that?

I bought this new car. I love this car the design is perfect. It is perfect for my needs along with the style. The turbocharger has a small lag and I think Acura has imposed power restrictions. The back seat is very tight I think, it could have had more leg room. For the most part, I enjoy it. Perhaps the aftermarket sector could step up its power restrictions.

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

Had a very good experience. However very disappointed that I purchased a car and drove off the lot with an empty tank. By the time I noticed the tank I had already gotten on the interstate . For the amount of money I spent, making sure the customer drives off with a full tank or at least a half tank of gas should be a basic expectation of the salesperson.

The finance manager at MLM put on a clinic on how to treat a customer with mne. saturday 9/11 i called Nikki the finance manager I had been to 3 places got turned down at all 3. I said can you get me approved and she said come see me. S*unday 9/12 i drove home in my new Maxima. i gets better Weds 9/16 she called me and I said i saveD you money come see me. i went in and she got my payment lowered a $100 a month.unreal holy xxxx! DID THAT ON HER OWN ! AMAZING. THANK YOU. BEST CAR DEAL EVER FOR ME.

Great natural v6, good cornering, lots of options, "bird view" camera is a great addition to a list of bells and whistles. Below average for a class rear seat leg space.

Very reliable doesn’t require much maintenance as long as you keep up with the bare minimum such as the oil changes. I fell in love with the chocolate interior hence why I purchased the car. Would highly recommend that you buy.
