I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
We recently purchased a used car and everyone was very helpful in the approval process. We did have to inconveniently come back a couple times for paperwork but as long as they kept us in good communication, which they did, everything was fine. Pasha sold us the car and Zack helped us finance it. They were both great.
We are new parents, with an eight-month-old baby, looking for a reliable car. Our experience at Diamond Auto Sales has been exceptional. Julian Jones showed us around the lot and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When we came upon on a 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon, it was in the midst of getting the suspension repaired. We were impressed by the low-mileage and spotless interior. The price was just above blue book, but it was in beautiful condition. We had auto financing set up with our credit union. Julian jumped through all the hoops the bank required and worked patiently with us throughout the process. The truly exceptional part of the experience was when the airmatic suspension system was showing signs of a leak. Diamond Auto Sales replaced the entire suspension system. We also had a list of small repairs that had been recommended by another local repair shop. And while the mechanic at Diamond was fixing the suspension system they also took the time to take care of a few of these small adjustments (just because we had asked) and at no cost to us! We were overjoyed and so grateful. Julian took pride in making sure that we were truly happy with the vehicle. The staff were all very helpful. I was planning on just staying there while they worked on my car, however they couldn't guarantee the time it would be complete so they offered for me to take a Lyft to my office and provided a link to use on the return. I had left something in my car that I needed and they were quick to retrieve it for me. I had bought a cell phone holder that needed installation on my dash vents and they were very helpful helping me to install it.
I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
