I was looking for a very specific car and thus conducted a nationwide search. I was a bit nervous because while the appeal of shopping on-line adds so many more possibilities, I had the natural apprehension about not actually seeing the car. Alex was terrific. He patiently took me through the process. I had the car inspected. A problem was found with air conditioner and Alex had the compressor replaced. There was a small hiccup in shipping the car, but that had more to do with me living in rural Oregon. Alex waited patiently for the shipping to be completed. The process was painless and I would defiantly recommend this dealership. Especially, if you are thinking about buying a car on-line.

They have a nice selection of new and used audi's at competitive prices, and most of their cars are kept in their indoor showroom which was a plus during recent cold weather. Jen was very helpful and took me on several test drives to help me find the model of audi I wanted. We ended up buying a low mileage q5 for a good price and are happy with our experience and purchase.

I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I was in the market for a new q3 and after submitting a request to schedule a test drive online I got a phone call back from Jorgan. I emailed back to confirm the time my wife and I would come in and then arrived at the dealership. The location is convenient and the overall feel of the interior was great. What I would expect from an Audi dealership. Reminded me of the Frankfurt airport in Germany.
Jorgan was knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions about the Q3 we were looking at. My only complaint about the whole buying experience was the time it took to prepare the paperwork to get the deal done. Not excessive but it seemed lengthy.

In the past, it has been almost worse than buying a house....Audi has really done a fantastic job 'skinnying' it down. Firstly, I was introduced to Hugh Bealka on a very busy Saturday. I wasn't intending on buying an Audi, but just browsing. After Hugh showed me the Q5 and going on a test drive, I was convinced that this might be the one. I was also looking at a new Lexus sedan. Thinking through it more carefully, I wanted to stay with an SUV and AWD. My wife and I proceeded with the Q5 purchase and Hugh was nothing short of fair, professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The dealership is spectacular and clean. they gave real description for the car on phone call, and I found the car on ground as it is described, I came from state of Wisconsin ,to Minnesota ,and the stay with me till 8:30 pm and moreover ,this is the 1st time unlike the other dealer ,they put the tank FULL of gasoline !!! which save me time to fill the tank on that heavy snowy day which I have to return home soon with 1:30 hour trip .they answer all my questions
they walked me through the whole process and once I decided on the vehicle, I was on my way with my new car in no time.
