He is very straightforward, honest, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help his customers. He’s one of those people who tells it like it is and doesn’t try to sugarcoat anything. Before I purchased the vehicle, he made sure I understood everything, including the pros and cons of the car, so I could make an informed decision. He kept his word throughout the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out to me was that Reese even drove about 35 minutes to my house just to drop off a wheel rim air center cap that was missing. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
