Took my car in for a recall, which was fixed, as well as some needed maintenance. Andrew was excellent. Helped me make decisions, clearly described the repairs needed and was polite and communicative. I happened to mention to him that I liked my car, I would never buy another Audi because of one very annoying feature (the key did not always open my locked door, if the key was in my purse). He showed me how to fix the problem, even though I took the car in two other times for help and nothing worked. Very impressed with Andrew.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. They really guided us through and h they were on top of everything that we needed to sign and they were courteous and very pleasant to deal with.
