Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from Island Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I’ve bought and leased several vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the smoothest, most transparent car-buying processes I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure, no games, and no hidden fees, which is something I really appreciated. They walked me through the details of the BMW X5, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every option before moving forward. The pricing was fair and competitive, and they were upfront about everything — trade-in value, financing, and next steps. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the delivery process was seamless. What really stood out was the customer-first approach. It felt like they genuinely wanted to earn my business, not just close a deal. The entire process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. If you’re looking to buy a pre-owned luxury vehicle like a BMW X5, or honestly any car, I highly recommend Island Auto Group. They made what can be a complicated process feel easy and straightforward. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Douglas VolkswagenReviews
Douglas Volkswagen review
I was referred to Douglas VW by a friend who has done business with the company for 15 years. She spoke so highly of the dealership and the sales rep Irene Peixoto, I knew I needed to try them out. My daughter and I both needed a new car. We had no idea if it was even possible, but because of Irene and her expertise, we both walked out with new cars without breaking the bank. She understood what we needed, what we had to work with and she went to work. I have never been treated so professionally or fairly than I was that day. Every question answered with sincerity. She did not promise what she could not deliver. Because of Irene, my daughter and I have decided we will remain a VW family and we will only buy from Douglas VW moving forward. Irene changed the game for us. We are forever grateful. Make sure you go to Douglas and make sure you ask for Irene. You will thank me later!!
