Audi St. PaulReviews
Audi St. Paul review
I had an amazing experience while purchasing my Audi.I purchased the car out of state. I was little hesitant to purchase out of state without visiting but Audi xx Paul guys made me feel comfortable. Right from the first call, the staff was very attentive and responsive. Laynee Johnson made my experience very welcoming. She was always available and answered all my questions in great detail and introduced me to my new car, told me about all its features and promptly created my myAudi account! Their MD Lindsey Nelson also personally called/email me when some of their staff was out of office and made sure the deal is on track! Audi xx Paul sent all paperwork immediately and shipped the car with utmost care. If it was not Audi xx Paul, I doubt I would have purchased the car out of state and only on phone! Highly recommend Audi xx Paul. They live up to their amazing online reviews.

My car was serviced by Mercedes Benz North. My Service Advisor was Hai. Hai took care of all aspects of keeping me informed throughout the process. The work was done expeditiously and I had thoroughly while I had the loaner for the duration. I am very pleased with the transaction overall and will be using this location for my service needs.

Alpha Leasing review
I dealt with Jon. I arrived pretty late in the day. He was patient while I took a long test drive. He stayed late while I worked through a slow decision process so I wouldn't have to make another long trip back to the dealership. I got a nice car at a good price. he handled everything with grace and professionalism.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Smooth, Transparent, and 100% Recommended! We had an outstanding lease experience at Carroll Cadillac of North Orlando! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine courtesy. 🙌 Christian Rodriguez in Sales was exceptional—no pressure at all, just honest guidance and support throughout the process. He made everything feel smooth and stress-free, answering every question with clarity and patience. 💼 Mike in Finance was equally impressive. He walked us through every term from the beginning with total transparency—no surprises, no manager runaround, just clear, straightforward service. We truly appreciated how professional and on-point everything was. ✅ If you're looking for a dealership that values your time, treats you with respect, and makes the entire purchase or lease process seamless, we highly recommend the team at Carroll Cadillac 100%. Jacob was a real pleasure to work with. He’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused. He never gave a “hard sell” but instead listened closely and tried his best to provide helpful answers. I’ll definitely seek him out again when I or my family has need to buy a car in the future.
