Second car bought here. Both salespeople excellent; this time it was Chris Broin. He clinched the deal w me because I didn’t feel pressure or hounding (don’t have time for that) and let me ask 100 questions without making me feel uncomfortable. He let me wade in before I swam away with my A6. Jenny so efficient with the finance portion, and a great service team help round out the reason why (even after test driving several other brands this time) I came back “home” to this dealership.

Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! The team at MINI in Tinley was so nice and very accommodating! Connor was great to deal with. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting the MINI for me.

Audi Great NeckReviews
Audi Great Neck review
My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

Audi NorthlakeReviews
Audi Northlake review
From start to finish, my experience with Audi of Northlake was absolutely exceptional. I officially closed on my purchase this past Saturday, September 26, 2026, and I truly could not have asked for a smoother process. Jeremy, David, James, Kendall, & Dave all played a part in making my purchasing experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. Every question I had was answered, helpful suggestions were provided along the way, and the entire transaction felt organized, transparent, and seamless from beginning to end. It was simply a clean, straightforward deal, and there is honestly nothing I would change about the experience. This was actually my second purchase from this location, and once again, they delivered 10/10 service. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care is exactly why I continue to return. I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future when it’s time for another purchase, but until then, Audi of Northlake will always be my top recommendation when it comes to the Audi brand. Hands down, an excellent experience!

I had been shopping around for an Audi and had a great experience with this dealership. Chris was informative but not pushy. Car was priced well. They worked through a unique buying situation for me and we came to a deal. Finance was easy to go through and didn?t take forever like most experiences. Facility was clean, inviting and everyone was friendly.

Audi Morton Grove review
Aleks in sales took great care in making our experience selecting a used coupe a special one! He was ready and willing to do back-to-back comparison and test drives of each car we were considering. Aleks also has a deep knowledge in the features and specs of each model. It really is a treat working with a true car guy who loves his job! Seriously, work with Aleks if you are in the market for any type of European vehicle, he knows all of the marques inside and out. When we had the car picked out, sales manager Steve and finance manager Gene were helpful and professional, as well as being willing to put in as much time as needed to get things done. We love our new car and thank the team here for their help in making it happen. It's a blessing to get to do business with nice people and leave in a beautiful vehicle.

Audi DevonReviews
Audi Devon review
My wife and I had a great experience last weekend purchasing a car from Audi Devon. We were assisted throughout the process by a knowledgeable, courteous salesman, Cliff Corum, who helped us with the selection, answered our questions and handled all the details involved in trading in and purchasing a car from Audi Devon. Cliff provided putstanding customer service in an efficient and personal way. Also, Nathan Weisser, Finance Manager, handled the documentation and paperwork in a pleasant and professional manner. In just 24 hours, we drove away with a great A8L of our choice. Thanks to Cliff, Nathan and the entire Audi Devon team for a fantastic job well done! Gordon and Pat

They got back to me very quickly when I inquired about a Buick Enclave that they had. They were willing to send pictures and answer any questions I may have. My one downside was after the initial conversation, they never got back with me or asked to set up a test drive.

Had a Q5 2023 and 1 month after purchase car was a lemon. Audi Corp USA were of no help and very disappointing but Audi WPB were extremely helpful sorting the issue. They provided a loaner for 3 months while Audi Corp took there time. Finally a deal was sorted for a trade in for All road 2024- Audi WPB went up and beyond to help me out.

Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

We worked with Brian at smart luxury motors. They were not pushy or anything else. They treat us like people and valued us. They went above and beyond to make sure a few things got finished before we made the purchase. I’ve never experienced a dealership like this before. hands-down awesome and we will definitely be back!

Great experience from start to finish. Simply do your homework on the car you want and what you want to pay for it. Antoine was our sales consultant and he was really knowledgeable and easy to work with! This is my third Q5 through this Audi dealership.
