Jose made the entire repair process completely effortless for me. He arranged to have my car picked up from my location and dropped back off once the work was complete. To my surprise, they finished the entire repair a day earlier than promised! The communication was excellent, the service was quick, and my air conditioner is now blowing ice-cold. 2023 Audi e-tron review
Overall a great SUV. You cannot beat the power, handling and comfort that this totally electric model offers. By far the best-driving and smoothest SUV I have ever owned or driven. Excellent refined styling, Q8 amenities including dash/entertainment system. Range on this model could be better. I’m averaging 160 - 180 miles on a charge (I only charge to 80% based on manufacturer’s recommendation). Also, like most electric vehicles, you do pay a premium.
