All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!

My husband Joseph arrived earlier than expected yesterday at Audi Dealership only to be warmly welcomed by the new General Manager Jeff Spilsbury (who has just started two days ago). Jeff immediately gave me the privilege of working with a true professional salesman Howard Rabkin. Not only did they give us top dollar for our trade , they also gave us a great deal our new 2014 Mercedes Benz ML 350. Went to look at and test drive a 2019 KIA Sorento on 11/12. My wife and I walked into Raceway KIA at 8:45 am (15 mins before opening time) and noticed a gentleman at his desk, who turned out to be Doug Perman. We started looking at the showroom Sorento for about 10 mins then Doug came over and introduced himself to us. My wife and I have done extensive research on the Sorento so we were pretty much looking for a test ride. Doug understood and quickly mustered up a vehicle to test drive. Throughout the test drive, Doug was extremely courteous and very down to earth. Once we got back to the dealership, we started talking about the Sorento as well as other vehicles my wife and I were looking at, especially the Toyota Highlander as we've been a Toyota family for 18 years. Wanted to look at a Sorento based on the positive results of our research. Our time with Doug was extremely pleasant. We had zero sales pressure from him. He constantly pointed out the virtues of the Sorento, never bad mouthing any other non KIA vehicle we were interested in. I was hesitant to switch my allegiance away from Toyota but after the very positive test ride and the exceptional treatment my wife and I experienced with Doug, my wife and I started to move forward. Doug introduced us to Mr. Fu and we started to negotiate price. Mr. Fu was very professional and after we went around a couple of times we settled on a price. Once we sealed the deal, we began the process of purchasing the vehicle which included purchasing extended warranties of various kinds. We were introduced to Mike D'Angelo who managed that aspect. We spent quite a bit of time with Mike who patiently explained all the options in a very friendly and enjoyable manner, with zero sales pressure. Needless to say, we are happy with our new 2019 KIA Sorento. Thanks Doug!!!

This car is a great hipster city car with lots of room in a small package. The ride isn't too firm but for someone older it may not be too great. The high entry point is very good and is relatively easy to climb in and out of. I am a person who likes cars with power and this has enough for the city and then some. The car has plenty of passing power during low speeds. If you are on one of Texas's long 85mph highways, then there might be issues. It gets decent gas millage and looks classy. A very nice car to drive and has a quiet interior.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Price: Very fair. Although there was no real negotiation, I was happy given that the initial price was more than fair for what I was buying. The final cost before fees was $12,995 and after fees was $14,650. Service: I had my mechanic inspect my 2012 Ford Mustang V6 convertible, and he found it to be a high quality car. Nicky was kind enough to let us test drive it a second time at closing time, and allowed me a few days to secure financing with my credit union with only a verbal agreement and a deposit to purchase. Grade A service. Dealership setup: I recommend researching your potential car(s) and setting an appointment before visiting, because I test drove with a different salesman before closing the deal with Nicky. I even walked off the lot before coming back five minutes later to place a deposit. It may be a confusing setup to a casual walk-up impulse buyer. Overall experience: Although I am generally skeptical of non-affiliated used car dealerships, Auto Avenues did a fine job and my mechanic approved of my purchase. Hopefully the car lasts long with no major issues, but I’d be happy to return again if the car lasts.

This is THE BEST vehicle we've owned...Ever! The dash with all the "NEW" technology is easy to understand, which gives you more control over your driving experience. The leg room in this vehicle is incredible, both front and back. Performance is extremely reliable, and the steering is exceptional. Gas mileage is very good as well.

I had driven several CPO C300 4Matic Sedans from Benzel Busch in Englewood for the past 12 years and I started researching small SUV's and crossovers and looked at the GLA but it was just a bit too small for me. I had always been very satisfied with Benzel Busch and remembered that they had an Audi dealership so I called my sales rep on the MB side and she recommended I connect with Marilyn. I looked at the 2018 Audi Q3 and it won out over several other small SUV's I was looking into. The dealership is very friendly and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). I did have a little brand separation anxiety but decided to give the Audi a try. I've only had the car for a few days so not enough time for a full evaluation of the vehicle yet. But, I give Marilyn 5 stars for her patience and her responsiveness. I also received a follow up email from the manager which was great. Once I decided on the Q3 I did call several other dealers but Audi Meadowlands won out on customer service and quick and attentive response.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. Considered a "smaller" SUV, but has plenty of legroom and trunk space. High enough off the ground but not a tall car. Nice ride, the 4 cylinder turbo has good power. Love the look inside and out. Purchased a white car with the two-tone brown/black interior....looks very rich. Nice luxury car with a reasonable price tag.

I recently brought my car in to be serviced and was quickly and warmly greeted by Janet Sukhram. She gracefully walked me through the servicing process answering all of my questions and addressing my service needs. While inspecting my car she noticed my rear bumper was dented. The dent was already scheduled to be fixed at a shop around the corner which would require another trip back on a later date. Janet immediately offered to handle the issue on-site and contacted her body shop manager (Corrado) to provide an estimate of work to my insurance agent.
