Wether it is required services in the Sales area (New car delivery, registration issues, etc.) or the Service area (Convenient appointments, repairs done correctly and on time, etc) I have never had an issue with this dealership for the past 8 years whenever I needed their services. Can highly recommend this dealer and their entire team! To put this into perspective for anybody who cares, I have professionally seen and visited over 70 % of all VW dealerships in the United States during my work days!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!

Truly an exceptional experience; the best car buying experience I've had over the past 40+ years. I purchased a CPO vehicle (2016 A4) but the way I was treated, a casual observer would have thought I was purchasing a new R8. Dmitri did an excellent job; from picking me up at my hotel all the way through the delivery process. He even sent me on my way with the usual dealer provided gifts but added gifts at his own expense. Dmitri provided a thorough orientation of the car, giving me an overview of all the car's features and providing assistance with setting up the phone and the navigation system. I've purchased 8 Audi's over the years and I've never had someone provide such a complete orientation to the vehicle.

Best car buying experience ever! My husband Joseph arrived earlier than expected yesterday at Audi Dealership only to be warmly welcomed by the new General Manager Jeff Spilsbury (who has just started two days ago). Jeff immediately gave me the privilege of working with a true professional salesman Howard Rabkin. Not only did they give us top dollar for our trade , they also gave us a great deal our new 2014 Mercedes Benz ML 350. They had a great selection of pre owned used vehicles on their front line of their used car lot.I also must give special thanks to Cameron the product specialist who on this hot 100 degree day help me set up my new vehicle,as well as clean out my trade in.I would also like to give a shout out to the Service Department Manager John Lynch for pulling off a last minute request on my end of fresh oil change(which the dealership gave me as a thank you present) John the Finance Manager worked very hard to give us the best rate possible and and he lets us go to the mall shopping while he was preparing our paperwork and called us when it was our turn to finalize the deal so we literally done in less than 15 minutes.THIS IS WHAT I CALL FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!! Absolutely amazing interior. Quiet ride, and is exceptionally smooth. Driving feels so much more enjoyable in this thing. I sat in the back and I'm 5'11 with longer legs and did not feel cramped. While there certainly is not a lot of storage space in the rear compared to a CRV i can live with that for better mileage and less weight.

I purchased my 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro on the last week of November 2014. I opted to go with the Prestige trim level which was still available at that time and includes all the bells and whistles. It included all-wheel drive Quattro, interior LED mood lighting, moonroof, navigation system with Google Earth, and premium Bose audio system. It's July 2018 and I've just reached the 50,000 mile mark. The Audi Q3 has been solid from the start. We took it on a road trip to Texas and New Mexico in the middle of winter. We ran into blizzards, black ice, snow, as well as sweltering heat in Arizona. The Quattro system is hands down the best all-wheel drive system I've ever driven. As we descended down the hill from Carlsbad Caverns, there was black ice everywhere. Many people were slipping and falling in the parking lot. In the Audi Q3 Quattro, we couldn't even tell the roads were icy. As we watched other vehicles slip and slide, ours was sure footed and secure. We continued to drive through a blizzard to our hotel without issue. The next day there was about 7 inches of snow on the highways, we cruised along at nice speeds without issue again. This is on the stock Continental All Weather tires, albeit they were brand new. We drove along as we saw over 10 vehicles that had slid off the road on the way to White Sands National Park. Again, our Audi Q3 Quattro was surefooted as ever. Even my wife who hates treacherous driving conditions commented that she felt really safe and secure in the vehicle in those conditions. The exterior looks nice, the interior reflect Audi's level of quality and refinement. As much as I can say a modern Volkswagon looks and feels like an Audi, there's a level of refinement and service that puts the Audi above them. The ride and drive is like that of a crossover. It feels and drives like a car, the stiff suspension and handling are very good. The steering is electronically adjusted for the speed you are driving so it is nice and light as slow speeds and becomes tighter and responsive at higher speeds. The ride height is not as high as an SUV but sits well above any sedan. The higher view of the road and traffic is nice is helpful and a positive driving experience. The power under the hood is sufficient for any drive. It may feel a bit underpowered at times but the horsepower and torque is balanced and comfortable. It's in the middle if considering a BMW, which is sporty and a Mercedes, which is comfortable. This is what I like about Audi, it balances sportiness and comfort well. Since owning the Audi Q3 Quattro since end of 2014, it has been solid. Only getting an alignment after running over a huge pot hole on the freeway and a nail in the side of the tire from a trip to Yosemite. Other than that it has been in for regularly scheduled services. I love that fact that you can connect your phone via bluetooth and playback music services over the Q3's multimedia system as well as search for destinations and places using Audi Connect services. The satellite 3D view of the maps in the navigation system are also very nice. The vehicle may not have been updated for while in terms of interior and infotainment technology but it is solid. It is lagging behind the newer Audi vehicles and this may be a deciding factor whether to purchase a Q3 or vehicle with more updated infotainment systems. For instance I'm still stuck on 3G connection in the vehicle but I heard the newer Q3s support 4G LTE. I've seen more Q3s on the road as they are being returned from leases. At the prices they are selling after lease, it's difficult to find a more refined and quality ride for the price since you can now find 2013 S5s around $40,000 used, when you can buy a brand new fully loaded Q3 for nearly the same cost.

I had driven several CPO C300 4Matic Sedans from Benzel Busch in Englewood for the past 12 years and I started researching small SUV's and crossovers and looked at the GLA but it was just a bit too small for me. I had always been very satisfied with Benzel Busch and remembered that they had an Audi dealership so I called my sales rep on the MB side and she recommended I connect with Marilyn. I looked at the 2018 Audi Q3 and it won out over several other small SUV's I was looking into. The dealership is very friendly and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). I did have a little brand separation anxiety but decided to give the Audi a try. I've only had the car for a few days so not enough time for a full evaluation of the vehicle yet. But, I give Marilyn 5 stars for her patience and her responsiveness. I also received a follow up email from the manager which was great. Once I decided on the Q3 I did call several other dealers but Audi Meadowlands won out on customer service and quick and attentive response.

ive Always liked the 14-16 e class body but still in love w my 09 e63. I went to look and to my surprise I found the color combo I was looking for. Keep in mind that I was maybe 3-6 months away from being ready to make such a move. Well Charles gaskin treated me like someone of value ( like a Saudi prince ) I couldn???t even give him my typical rough treatment. ( I???m usually really bad w sales men ) he answered all my questions w no xxxxxxxxx, and exceeded my expectations. The deal took a bit long ( banks fault) so he treated me to a dinner and even had soft drinks available. You???d swear I was spending over 150,000 at a German dealership but no. Not even a third of that. If you don???t stop to stare at your car when you park it you bought the wrong car, if you leave the dealership feeling unhappy or you just wish you could kick the sob down some stairs than you definitely delt with the wrong salesman. Charles is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Think I may have just made a new friend. Btw the car is incredible too.

My husband and I have been coming to Bell Audi and Marc Levine specifically since 2010. At this point we see him more often than we see some relatives! We leased our first A4 with him when we finally were ready for a more sophisticated sedan. He has always taken great care of us making sure we get the car we had set out for at the best price. We particularly love his efficiency taking a task that would normally take a whole day and getting it done properly in a fraction of the time. When our lease ended on our 2013 A4 at the same time we moved to the suburbs {needing a second car} we went to Marc. Addicted to the Audi quality, we each had to get one, 2016 Q5 and the 2017 A4- which is an unbelievable ride with exceptional technology to match. Very happy as usual with the service and experience.

I recently brought my car in to be serviced and was quickly and warmly greeted by Janet Sukhram. She gracefully walked me through the servicing process answering all of my questions and addressing my service needs. While inspecting my car she noticed my rear bumper was dented. The dent was already scheduled to be fixed at a shop around the corner which would require another trip back on a later date. Janet immediately offered to handle the issue on-site and contacted her body shop manager (Corrado) to provide an estimate of work to my insurance agent. I'm not one to go on and on in a review of a purchase but in this instance it is warranted. I usually place the buying experience of purchasing a car somewhere between a root canal and an IRS audit. Working with the VML family has totally changed my opinion of what a car dealership can and should be. VML is a family run business and short of being invited for dinner they could not have been easier and friendlier to work with. Very respectful to what we were looking for and our budget. No trying to up sell us and even showed us comparable cars at lower prices. No gimmicks, no waiting in a little office while a slick salesman goes off to supposedly negotiates a better deal with his sales manager. No dealing with a credit manager telling you why you cant get the car at the advertised price, just very straight forward, these are our cars, what are you looking for, look around at your leisure, let us know if you have any questions. Take a drive in something you like and take the car to your own mechanic for an evaluation if you want. So simple and streamlined. It took the experience from a root canal to sitting on a tropical beach- No stress , highly recommended, I'd send my 90 year old mother here alone and know she would be well taken car of.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

While visiting Morristown from out of state, my 2012 Q7 was overheating. After an unsuccessful trip to a gas station to diagnose the problem, I dropped in to the service center at 7:00, right before it was closing for the night. Everyone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was set up with a loaner, and my thermostat was replaced the following morning and I was back on the road to Maryland by the afternoon. Luis Torilio in particular was extremely helpful. He took the vehicle and oversaw the process to ensure the issue was properly diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was especially impressed given the fact that I am not a regular customer, nor do I even live in the area. The Service Department did a thorough job inspecting the car and making sure everything was in good working order before we got on the road. They even offered to help me pack up my car with our luggage from the loaner before we hit the road. Above and beyond! Thank you!

The folks in service said they would do their best to complete the replacement of my radiator this past Saturday. I asked if they could do by 4:00. Got a call from Ed at 9:45 to acknowledge Car was in shop (I left in lot the night before) and they cautioned they would do their best to complete by 4:00 but it would be tough since so many jobs at once and I would def get on monday. Either way, I would get a status call by 2:00. At exactly 2:00, I get a call from Ed letting me know it was completed! Nice surprise! When I get there, I asked Erninda if my coupon could help reduce the cost by $20. She did better by giving me $50 off! On top of that, I was able to get 12 mos of interest free financing via VW credit. Overall, it was a positive experience, though my husband who was there with me wanted to know why a Tiguan radiator which costs about $100 something odd dollars would cost 3x as much here. Answer is simple: cuz we are dealing with a dealership, Markups are pretty high. That???s my only complaint.

I had been looking for a 2012 Audi A4 Avant for a couple of months. I finally found the right one with only about 8,000 miles at Bell Audi. I called and spoke to Jason Skolnick. Jason worked very hard to help me feel confident with my purchase. I live in California so I could not visually inspect the car. Jason took lots of pictures of the car for me. He even got down on the snow covered ground to take photos. (I think he got his tie dirty!) I was worried about rust, so I asked Jason to put the car on the lift and take some photos of the underbody. Jason assured me there was nothing to worry about and he was absolutely right. I paid a fair price for the car. Every promise Jason made to me, he kept. He was very responsive and communicated well. Every time that I called Jason, he picked up my call, even if it was to tell me he was working with another customer. Jason made spending a lot of money fun! I knew I was in good hands. I have bought and sold MANY cars in my 54 years. Only twice has the experience been great. This was one of those times.
Good car but nothing special

While the car has largely been problem free other that the fob/ignition issue which seems to be pretty common, it really is just a car. We’ve had Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc and those were special, we find the Q3 okay, but we expected more - so have trouble rationalizing the price. If we could do it again we’d probably go with an Evoque. At least as good performance, a few more creature comforts and a lot more style.
