The only thing I didn?t like was when the tech brought my car around, he parked in the parking spot with the cars for sale. Usually, they pull inside the building where I can just walk out and get in my car. I saw him walk in the covered pull-up part and drop my keys at the desk. Even though the young attendant offered to go get my car and bring it to me, I walked to go get my car myself.

She has a wonderful way about her- she is kind, funny, cheerful and honest. She seems eager to help, but in a way that engenders trust, familiarity and friendship. My lease was about to expire and I was contacted by Gary Swenson about getting a new 2025 RS7. He had one coming in and was still able to customize the car. We sat down with him and walked through all the options and configured the car exactly how we wanted it. The car arrived 90 days later we setup a date when we could come in and take delivery and Gary sent me a link to apply for the lease option. I did all the online paperwork so when we went in to the dealership everything was ready to go. All we had to do was sit down with the finance person sign some documents and we were ready to go. Gary made the purchase as easy as possible.
