Great experience buying a used car from Gary Jones. Very friendly, relaxed and no pressure. Answered questions about possible trade in process and even helped look up prices! Decided on a vehicle and Gary facilitated adding an option I wanted in a very expedient manner! Everything was very up front and hassle free. Would definitely recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy a really nice used vehicle in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Audi West Covina review
The dealership was fine although it was there many hours even by a used car that we decided on the price in a text before I got there, but my issue is I’ve been trying to get paperwork from the dealership with my purchase price and all the details where all the fees and taxes are and a copy of the seven year extended warranty, which I have no proof that I even bought it so right now I’m kind of discouraged because of that

Porcaro Ford review
My first time buying experience with Porcaro Ford was a positive one. I was an out of state buyer looking for a very specific car, a Ford Focus RS, which i found on cars. com at Porcaro Ford. The people at Porcaro were all very pleasant and easy to work with. They adjusted the price to fit my budget. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks to all the people that helped me at the dealership through the buying process. Mike

The car is fun to drive, and it goes further on a charge than indicated on the sticker. We go about 160 miles on a 80% charge with 60 miles left in the battery.

Our sales associate, Colin Pine, was above and beyond for service, knowledge, and sales of our new Audi Q3-2026. He was and is a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions perfectly. We were a bit confused with the additional presentation of an extended warranty for the vehicle upon completion of our transaction and decided not to purchase the extended warranty. Thank You Audi Bellevue for your continued service with our car purchases. Linda & Frank Stull

I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. I highly recommend buying from them. It too no more than 15 mins when I returned to ink the deal. Fantastic!

Audi Richfield review
Purchased a used vehicle online from this dealership and they were total professionals. Great communication throughout the process, worked with me to secure financing, and had suggestions for cross-country vehicle shipping, and took photos prior to shipping so I could verify condition upon delivery. Vehicle arrived in excellent condition, as pictured and described on the site, and clean inside and out. I would buy from them again without hesitation.
2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

Alexis was excellent at communicating with me thru the whole process. I am assuming the tune-up workmanship was good; certainly I?ll know with time. Only complaint - the 2% surcharge paying by credit card. Really Autonation? That is nickel and diming your customers. Tarnished the great customer service (tho I blame Alexis none whatsoever).

Audi MinneapolisReviews
Audi Minneapolis review
My 2025 Audi EV developed some major electronic problems in the navigation system and MMI. I took my car to my dealer, Audi Minneapolis, to have it fixed. Due to the complexity of today’s auto electronic systems, it took several days and times for the dealer to fix the problems. During this time, my service representative, Ryan Luterbach, kept me fully informed each day on the progress being made to fix the electronics problems. After the service department completed the repairs, Ryan recommended for me to wait an additional day to pick up my car so he could have the car fully road tested to make sure the repairs had been successfully made. I took his advice and the road text confirmed my car was good to go. I was very impressed with Ryan’s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail and, most of all, his goal for Audi’ Minneapolis’ customers to be fully satisfied with its services.

Found a great pre-owned vehicle in mint condition. Very happy. Low to no sales pressure - car was priced well, in mint condition, sold itself.

Tony at this dealership has answered all my questions. I really had an interest in the car, but really want the metallic blue color and 19” wheels that will be replaced. They have a good price on the car, that's very tempting.

We had a wonderful and warm experience buying our Q5 Sportback. Not something to be said about most dealships. We were treated with respect and kindness and the team we worked with handled the process with efficiency. Bev
