My wife and I had a great experience buying a new explorer at Auto Nation Frisco. We found the vehicle we were looking for on the website. So I called Saturday morning and spoke to AB what a fantastic young man. We scheduled a time to meet with him, he had the vehicle parked up front and ready to view. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be calling AB again for our next vehicle.

Great experience buying a used car from Gary Jones. Very friendly, relaxed and no pressure. Answered questions about possible trade in process and even helped look up prices! Decided on a vehicle and Gary facilitated adding an option I wanted in a very expedient manner! Everything was very up front and hassle free. Would definitely recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy a really nice used vehicle in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Go Luxury Auto Group review
This was the best car buying experience I’ve been through. Everyone I met, spoke to and met at Go Luxury Auto Group was friendly, professional and answered every question I had. The experience was effortless. Buying a car as a woman can be difficult. Sales reps are often condescending and don’t give you the time you need. Go Luxury Auto Group made me feel important every step of the way. Bryan is doing a phenomenal job and if you’re thinking of purchasing a luxury vehicle, this is the place to do it.

Excellent Volkswagen Service Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the Volkswagen service center in Irving, Grapevine area, for my Volkswagen Tiguan regarding some warranty-related concerns. Initially, I wasn’t sure whether the repairs would be covered under warranty, but the service team thoroughly checked everything and explained the coverage clearly. I had an urgent need for the vehicle back within a short timeframe, and the team was extremely helpful in prioritizing my vehicle. They completed all the major required repairs, including several engine-related items, along with a complete cleaning and inspection. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, communication, teamwork, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire service was completed 100% under warranty with no out-of-pocket cost, which was a great experience. Thank you to the entire service team for your excellent support and teamwork! I’m 100% satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this Volkswagen service center to other Volkswagen owners. I’ll certainly be coming back here for my future service needs.

I traveled to Plano, TX to buy my car from Passport. It’s an awesome, family business that is very selective in the cars it offers, and ensures absolute customer satisfaction. Very pleasant staff, they address all questions or concerns thoroughly, and it’s obvious they know theirs cars and take immense pride in their cars and in making sure their customers are happy. Super pleasant and knowledgeable folks. And, as a bonus, they offer their cars at a very fair and competitive price. I certainly know the first place I’m looking the next time I need to buy a car!

Best experience I’ve had and I’ve had several in my life. I also had several prior to buying this vehicle. Kariel Nieves was my sales guru. Totally awesome gentleman and knows his stuff. Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. A++++++++ I’m sure they have many excellent associates but I’ll only work with Kariel from now on. Top noche.

2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Bill Dowd is an excellent service manager. Our experience has totally changed for the better at the dealership since we started working with him. He keeps you in the loop the entire time the car is with him, he provides a true estimate of the cost of services, he listens and is very polite and professional always.
