A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Frederick helped us with the car, he is everything you want in a salesman. Frederick listened to what we wanted in a car, worked with our price range, he wasn’t that typical car salesman you always hear about, he was great, truly caring. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Richards Motorcars, mainly due to the GM I worked with, Joe, who was great. He was prompt and very easy to communicate with over the phone and via texts. He answered a lot of the questions I had before I even made it to the dealership. I made an appointment, checked out the car and was able to do the test drive, fill out all the paperwork, and complete the purchase in a little over an hour. I couldn’t recommend the dealership more.

While many dealerships say they really care about making customers happy, Albrecht CDJR is a gold standard dealership for customer satisfaction. They agreed to fix a problem with my Durango that was not their fault because it was an OEM issue. Stellantis should have issued a recall on my radio but they haven't yet. Making me happy was more important to them than pointing fingers, and they fixed the issue at no charge. They are the type of dealership that you can trust because they play the long game, and they really do want customers for life. It's too bad that there aren't more dealerships like them.

I needed to buy a new tire due to a puncture caused by a nail in the shoulder of the tread. The parts department said they couldn?t buy a replacement tire, that the model was no longer made, they couldn?t find one locally so I had to source and purchase a tire, not drop ship it to them but send it to me so I could bring it to them for the repair. I find the situation unacceptable, particularly since a few months ago I needed a tire and everything was as I expect from a premier dealership. They aren?t the only show around but I will willingly return for any needs as they are an excellent service dealership that far outweighs one subpar parts department employee.

Was very pleased with the Audi dealer and Audi of america taking care and repairing my MMI control module. My service advisor denise Ferreiras was considerate and more than helpful in helping through this delemma. Danny the manager also was kind enough to deal with the mfg in the costs of the problem
