I just purchased a car today from the warehouse. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. my salesmen, KAY, was very knowledgeable even tho the car was a Cadillac, not a audi. I went to look at it last week, and after a week or so of crunching numbers, I picked up the car today. kay made sure all my questions were answered and also paired my phone to the car. Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.
Great service, easy to make appointment, on time delivery and very cordial service representative and helpful staff. Did follow up call after service . Car wash and vacuum nicely done , not like west Chester Audi service place
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I purchased a CPO Audi A4 from Audi West Chester a week ago. Leo, my salesperson, and Jon, the finance manager, were both incredibly friendly and made the whole process very easy and pain-free. While the dealership didn't have the model that I was originally interested in, Leo was happy to alert me to an identical model that was arriving at the dealership in two days. I was the first to test drive the car and was able to put a deposit down on the car that very day. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and I would gladly come back here again in the future to buy another Audi.

My wife and I purchased a used 2010 A5 cabriolet. All around it was a great experience. Vasken Sarkahian was fantastic! Very laid back, but helpful and professional through the whole process. Never felt pressured to buy, which is always a turn off to me when buying a car. Johnathan Seijo was our finance manager and once again he was great to deal with throughout the whole process. Staff was easy going and personable. I couldn't ask for much more. We also needed a few things after we left the dealership. My wife left CD's in our trade in and we found out we didn't have a manual for our car. We live a few hours away from the dealership so we just called them up and they sent both those items right to us. Overall great experience!

A couple of days ago I posted a negative review regarding my recent experience leasing an A4. (Which is a really great car by the way) The Sales Manager, John, called me. He was very professional, apologized for a misunderstanding and resolved the issues I outlined in my previous review. I'd be glad to take down that review but there does not seem to be a way of doing that.
