We were selling a vehicle. Staff contacted us to give us a link to provide all info for the car we wanted to sell. They gave us an excellent price. ( as evidenced. By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. We are very please with our experience.

Land Rover North HavenReviews
Land Rover North Haven review
Geoff, Jim, and Armad were exceptional to work with on my first Range Rover Sport purchase. From the moment I walked in as a prospect late right before closing to their assistance in ensuring I felt comfortable with my deal remotely, they treated me with respect, courtesy, and genuine care. Both Geoff and Jim maintained constant communication throughout the process. On delivery day, they made me feel like the most important person in the world. The concierge thoroughly explained the range rover app, which was already programmed before my arrival. They provided a full demo of all the car features, and even gifted us a bottle of wine and a thoughtful gift bag. My wife and I felt incredibly valued. For someone like me, who comes from very humble beginnings and used to count coins for the train/bus, making a purchase like this is a significant milestone—a dream realized through years of hard work and perseverance. Geoff, Jim, and Armad made it all feel worthwhile. I look forward to referring others to them and working with them in the future. All the best to my new friends, and sorry that I made you guys run around

Hoffman Audi of New London review
Frank was great! We were getting ready to move to the area when we started our car search, and he found us the exact combination we wanted - in the timeframe that we needed. He was easy going, upfront, not pushy, and helped understand our needs before making recommendations. It’s increasingly rare to find good service, so we appreciated Frank and the entire team in helping us get the best car for us quickly and at a great price.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Porsche Audi of Wallingford review
Hi There , My name is Leonardo Cruz and I just purchased a quality previously own vehicle here at Porche of Wallingford. The sales man that took great care of me was Garry Fenner , Let me tell you Garry was the primary reason why I took the drive from Atlanta Ga to Connecticut to make the purchase, Garry was very pleasant and family like when we spoke over the phone . He is a very honest and dependable guy and he went out of his way to call me even on his days off. I am very pleased and would recommend any of my friends and family to purchase a vehicle here at Porsche of Wallingford. Thank you guys for GREAT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE !!!!.

Hamden Mazda review
I recently purchased a car from Mazda of Hamden, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Ahmed was my sales representative, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. Ahmed took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect car for me. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. The entire team at Mazda of Hamden was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience. Amjad the guy at sales was very helpful. Thanks, Ahmed, and Mazda of Hamden!
2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Hoffman Audi of East HartfordReviews
2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. Rob was great to deal with as a service provider, always informing us of what was going on and they went above and beyond to take care of some parts under warranty. That’s customer service
2025 Audi Q5 review
I bought a 2025 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. This is my 6th Audi. I couldn't be more pleased with this car so far of 3500k miles.

2013 Audi Q5 review
Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Excellent Service from the Dealer, I was in a tough spot that could have easily left me with a bad taste in my mouth, but thanks to their quick and friendly help, it turned into a positive experience. I truly appreciate their prompt service and genuine willingness to help.
2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Unlimited Motors review
This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio
