I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
Needs oil every 3 weeks

It is a great vechicle to drive... but it needs oil every 3 weeks. I am surprised to see great reviews here. It is a known issue just google Audi oil problem. Audi reluctantly acknowledge the issue, but to fix the issue requires rebuilding the engine. It had other problems over the years: squicking breaks, many recalls, etc. I would not recommend this car because of the oil and reliability issues.
Friendly, fair pricing and no pressure. I test drove on my own and there was no urgency to buy. I worked with Frank. We negotiated over the phone, took less than 10 mins, and Frank had my paperwork ready upon arriving and took less than 15 mins to sign. Unfortunately, after taking the 2015 A4 premium plus with manual transmission home, the pedals gave me issues with my knees. I talked to Frank and Stu (owner), both gave me a fair price to return to A4 for another purchase. These guys are classy salesmen. Again, their pricing is fair and there is no pressure to buy.

Reliable great on gas definitely a family car very spacious and no real problems with the car. Normal maintenance is expected. I will always recommend Audi
I bought a car there 3 years ago. It was an older vehicle but was well maintained and was an ideal price. It is now timw for an upgrade and I will certainly be going there first.

i own this car now for 3 months ,it drives great looks great , gets up to 30 mpg also it goes pretty fast ,at this moment has aroung 100900
does not have any check engine light on and no problems what so ever

The entire buying experience was unlike any car buying experience I've ever had! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, helpful and accommodating! I called to ask about an SUV I had seen on Cars.com and Mark went out and took pictures of it and texted them to me. He then had it ready for me when I arrived to test drive it. They let me take it for a test drive by myself (!) which is so awesome, because I wasn't all nervous about someone watching me drive. I came back and talked with the financial people. I made a reasonable lower offer and they agreed to it. There were some scratches under the door handles and they buffed them out. The final meeting with the financial gentleman took like 15 minutes. No hard sell on buying a warranty or anything like that. The best/easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Classy guys!

This vehicle meets exceeds all expectations as we test drove several names prior to our decision to purchase the Audi Q5 this is the only vehicle that we went back to. As we had two 2012s and in 2015 we traded for two 2015s
A year ago we bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Stu and are totally satisfied with the purchase and performance. Our son is relocating back to Seattle and no longer needs the Jeep Wrangler. After trying to sell instantly to a couple of dealers listed online, we soon discovered their instant cash offer was a ploy. These dealers upon inspection used every tactic to justify a low ball sell value. What a frustrating disappointment!
We contacted Stu to see if he would offer to buy back the jeep. He provided an offer based upon the Jeep being in the same condition as when we purchased it from him. We accepted Stu’s offer, and we were very pleased the transaction was hassle free. The entire experience was again another great experience. We highly recommend buying from and/or selling to Auto Connections in Bellevue. Stu is awesome to deal with!

Our Audi Q5 TDi is a superb vehicle that does everything well. Tremendous power, excellent MPG, great handling, big cargo capacity, safety and towing ability combine to make this the ideal vehicle for our needs.
These guys are tough negotiators, specifically, general manager Neil, but at the end they gave good value for my car. They offered to buy my car $1,200 above nada and kbb. And the car I was interested in was $2,000 less than nada retail price. Also, Mark allowed me to drive their car even though I told them I wasn't interested in buying and it was 7pm Saturday night. He was friendly and not eager for me to buy. If you're looking for premium vehicles check these guys out!

This is a great vehicle with a unique combination of power and economy! I have a smile on my face every time I fire it up.
My car was overheating on my way to work, and I managed to get to BMW Bellevue. They got my car into the service line, quickly diagnosed and discussed my options, and repaired effectively at a fair price. Recommended.

Very spacious, looks beautiful,very elegant and sophisticated. Love the look and feel. Overall I would give it 5 stars. Wish it had newer dashboard with more modern touch to it.
We had a great experience buying a used car from this dealership. The salesperson was very responsive but we did not feel pressured to buy. Would recommend it to others and would buy there again.

We lost two vehicles to Hurricane Erma in 2017, a F-150 and an Audi A4.
In need of a new vehicle we opted for a Certified 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. The performance is not as good as the A4, but the Q5 is more useful, since we have only one vehicle instead of two. The Q5 had 23000 miles, and came with 6 yr 100,000 mi extended warranty. We have had for over a year and all is well we have no problems, save for the 35,000 mi service and 2 recall repairs.

Really love the practicality of this vehicle and comfort. Not sure about the perceived luxury as it feels more like a Lexus than a Mercedes. Still more needs to be done for luxury appeal.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I knew I want an Audi because of my previous Audi experience. You can’t beat their Quattro system! This Q5 had the upgraded B&O sound system, I felt like a kid again. Just last week, I would have ended up in an ER or dead if I were still driving my old car; Lexus IS300. The Q5 has better brakes, put me higher up in my seat which helped me react sooner, and those big brakes did a great job stopping me! I sure was glad I was in this Q5! Love this SUV (SAV)
My experience with Auto Quest was smooth from start to finish. I worked with Kevin to get into a beautiful BMW and took it home within 2 hours. They had the vehicle ready out front for me to test drive, let me drive solo, and didn’t tell me when to be back. In the finance department, Scott helped me out with a fair loan offer. Overall, the selection at Auto Quest is top shelf. The cars sell themselves. I didn’t feel pushed into anything. All my questions were answered honestly. I recommend doing business with them!

I've owned Mercedes, Porche's & BMW's...was intent on buying a Volvo and purchased an Audi. The Q5 had me at "Hello". Love the ride, handling, package options and understated elegance. *Reliability rated"Good" only because I have only had the vehicle 5 days.
Clay was an amazing help to us in a lot of ways. Everyone was so friendly & nice. The customer service was awesome! This was an outstanding experience. Thank you so very much and we will be back again soon for sure :)

Wow! This car is excellent in every way. Handles well on curves, powerful 2.0 turbocharged engine, awesome style interior, lots of leg room in back as well in front.

I've had this car for almost 7 years and want to drive it another 7 plus years! Despite the airbag recall, I've had zero issues with it. It is fast, comfortable and a pleasure to drive. We made a 500 mile vacation trip on 1 tank of gas. I have nothing negative to say about it.
Never received a call once the service was complete due to Comcast blocking the Service Center phone number because it comes from out of state. This information came from your service rep, Shawn. If your rep knows you have this issue, then I’m guessing management also knows this call blocking issue exists. If that’s the case then why hasn’t management worked this issue? This is flat out crappy service. I wasted five hours of my day waiting for a call that never came. I had to call your service department to find out. Your service representatives should at least be verifying the contact number is not a Comcast number until you get the issue fixed.

New 2016 Audi Q5 TDI
Purchased a new 2016 Audi Q5 Diesel that was recently released after the EPA approved Audi's "fix".
The vehicle is very refined and has lot's of power.
It does suffer from significant turbo lag post fix, however, the power and fuel economy compensates for the turbo lag.
Best measured tank is 34 mpg and worst is 26 mpg. Technology is dated or missing compared to 2018 compact mainstream suvs, but the refinement makes up for it.
