Star Motor Cars review
I recently bought a Mercedez S550 from Justin Seureau . The entire sales and after sales process was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. I am really happy with the service i recieved. It felt like family the way they took care of me. Justin, the sales director, helped to guide me to the car and test driving it I ended up buying; and also took his time to explain many features of the car; and Chad a very smiling face made the financial part pleasant and quick. if you want the best buying experience of buying a luxury car, go see Justin , and he will make you feel great about your choice to buy your car. They have the best well maintained cars i would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have owned my business for life and i will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family as well. Thanks again Justin for your excellent customer service.

not the most exciting looking vehicle, but a brilliant car, and beautiful inside, where it matters. Love driving it, and traded for an A5 .

Satisfactory. All questions were answered. Salesman was nice and courteous. Jonny Harris took care of all our questions and needs. Although he did not agree to provide a golf bag which was on display, but he did good.
2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I had an exceptional experience at Audi West Houston! From start to finish, Michael, my Audi brand specialist, made the process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Grant in finance was just as fantastic?clear, efficient, and so easy to work with. He walked me through every step of the paperwork with transparency and made the entire process stress-free. Thanks to Michael and Grant, I drove away in my new Audi feeling confident and excited about my purchase. If you?re looking for an amazing car-buying experience, I can?t recommend Audi West Houston enough!

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

We purchased a brand new 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige. Jacob was an amazing sales representative and got us to the exact price we were able to pay. He was super nice & we didn’t feel any pressure working with him. I walked away feeling like I got a great deal for my trade in and a perfect purchase price for our new car
2022 Audi Q5 review
The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Kevin Babu was there to help through the buying process. Friendly, helpful and professional. We drove 2 hours to the dealership and Kevin was a big help!
2020 Audi Q5 review
Needed something large enough to haul grandkids but still sporty and fun to drive. THIS is it! The Q5 meets all expectations with luxury included.

Audi Sugar LandReviews
Audi Sugar Land review
I had an outstanding experience working with Logan Daniel at Audi Sugar Land. From the moment I walked in, Logan went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options available. What truly stood out was how he exceeded my expectations at every step—answering all my questions, being transparent, and making sure I felt confident about my purchase. He genuinely cared about delivering a great customer experience rather than just making a sale. If you’re looking to buy an Audi and want someone who will go the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Logan. Thank you for making the experience exceptional! 🚗✨

My past dealings with Sewell were all pleasant. Recently, I dealt with Logan who worked tirelessly to accommodate me. His above and beyond efforts took my Sewell experience from pleasant to exceptional!! Awesome guy and I’m referring everyone I know.
