We purchased our new to us 2023 SQ7 from Audi North Atlanta! Paula was our initial Salesperson who was terrific showing us inventory and taking us on a test drive! She even arranged for us to be able to take it to our personal trusted mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. We decided we’d like the vehicle from that review! Paula happened to be out of the office for the next few days while we finalized our transaction—but she arranged for her colleague Erwin to help us! He was just as great as Paula! We had a an easy pick up once the car was ready. And off we went! Within the week we have already driven to NY State and back and it’s a beast! Comfortable and pulling a loaded 5x8 cargo trailer and can’t even feel It! We are thrilled with our purchase…and this is our 5th Audi (and 2nd in the Q7 family). A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

I drive a 2017 Volkswagen beetle. My car has been giving me issues for the last couple of years with the check engine light. The check engine light would come on and go off come on and go off. I would take her to the mechanic and they couldn?t find anything wrong because the check engine light will go back off. I brought my car to Stone Mountain Volkswagen dealership for them to put it on the diagnostic machine and to figure out finally what?s going on with her and they did. The mechanic did a walk-through and told me everything that was wrong with my car and everything that I need to fix especially things that need to be fixed immediately and the reason why the check engine light came on. The mechanic and Greg both kept me informed as to what was going on with my car, especially Greg. They arranged for me to have a loaner car while they worked on my car. I could not have been more happier with their service!!!!
