The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

Concord ChevroletReviews
Concord Chevrolet review
I purchased a 2023 Bolt. The sales staff, the sales manager, and the finance manager met with my wife. My wife understood each of them, assisted with the purchasing decision, and she felt comfortable with the car purchase and the buying decisions which we made. Service after the purchase has been handled on very routine basis. I had one warranty event take place. I always feel welcome and to be among professional friends when at this dealership.
2020 Audi Q8 review
The q8 exceeded my expectations in all aspects. It handles like a sports car while offering the safety and size of an suv. This vehicle is so luxurious inside and out.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving)Reviews
CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
2019 Audi Q8 review
Audi did it right to stand out from Mercedes Benz and BMW. Fit and finish is what you would expect from German engineering. Bringing current technologies to the owner.

Ecodrive AutomallReviews
Ecodrive Automall review
Needed to replace a totaled car fast because the insurance had a deadline on the rental. Explained the situation and ecodrive automall had me in something by Thursday. They didn't take advantage of the fact that I was under pressure either, which they easily could've.
2022 Audi Q8 review
Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family they gained a life long customer. Thank you to everyone there!

Mary is the sales associate that assisted us with the purchase of our truck. The customer service was exceptional. There was no pressure and she kept in touch with us during the decision making process. We requested a referral for an attachment for the vehicle. Mary contacted the supplier and offered us the company discount to have the modification completed. We putchased a warranty for a great price and trust the company for future needs. I highly recommend City Auto and their team of professionals.

Five Stars: This was my first time using Audi of Pembroke Pines Service Department and I was very impressed with their performance. My service consultant was Connor Macdonald who made me very comfortable as he walked me through the process. Connor kept me informed all the way and I certainly appreciated it as the day progressed. Connor also did a follow up which showed me how professional he is. This is what I call Total Customer Satisfaction. Kudos to Connor and Audi of Pembroke Pines. Keep up the good work.

Porsche Atlanta NorthwestReviews
Porsche Atlanta Northwest review
My experience with Porsche Atlanta Northwest was exceptional. My salesman Brian Spaner was incredible. He made me feel like I was the only customer that the dealership had. He made sure he fitted me to a car that met my requirements and even called me at home when I had a question. His attention to making sure I was completely comfortable with the car I bought was above and beyond. The result is that I bought the all electric Taycan and I love it. I highly recommend Brian for anyone even thinking about buying a Porsche. I also had occasion to use the service department since purchasing my Taycan a year ago and it was also a great experience. They kept me informed of the timing to get the car back and gave me a loaner car to use while in service. This dealership turns buying a car a wonderful experience and Brian Spaner enhanced that experience.
2020 Audi Q8 review
First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

Dealership, especially Jesse, was terrific. Ultimately purchased a vehicle I liked better at another dealership but highly recommend Volkswagen North Scottsdale based on courtesy, accommodation, flexibility, accessibility, and integrity.
2020 Audi Q8 review
I have had this car only 2 weeks. It is as beautiful in person as it appeared online. (The car that I purchased had a different color than that of any of that model that I could find in any of the nearby dealerships so it was a bit of a leap of faith seeing it only online.) It rides really well. Since I did not buy it off the lot/had it come from the factory because of options I picked, and the color, I could not get a good deal on it, and it was more than I had originally intended on spending. Still, this model handles extremely well, looks its cost inside and out, and after test driving and extensive research of comparably priced cars among Audi, BMW, Infinity, Cadillac, Lincoln, Land Rover, etc, I still think this is the best of them. This site requires me to put in a rating for reliability but take note that I have owned this car only for two weeks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Joe and the team at Porsche. Joe did an outstanding job detailing my Macan—it honestly looks and feels like a brand-new car. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it’s obvious he takes pride in his work. Everyone was professional, accommodating, and easy to work with from start to finish. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you, Joe, for treating my car with such care. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership’s service department.

Good communication. Several responses. Tried to negotiate on the price. Thought they were a little high. But they remained firm on the price. My online research suggested they were high. So I did not buy the car.
2019 Audi Q8 review
The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

After a recent terrible experience from a previous dealership, this place is 10/10 service and on top of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car due to our exceptional experience.
