They knew I was coming from out of town and so they prepared everything , car was ready to drive, filled with gas and after close inspection of the vehicle, we did the deal. In and our quickly and very detailed with how the process would work. Followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was ok, and if I had any questions. That is customer service.

Great 4 door sedan. Handles perfect in ALL conditions. Hauls 4 very comfortably. Great safety and reliability. Service and support at the dealership is excellent but expensive. Test drive an Audi a-4, you won’t regret it.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Purchased vehicle from Dave Towell Cadillac through Bill Woods. Start to finish process was great! Never viewed the vehicle in person; purchased on internet. Vehicle was delivered and look pristine. Found minor issue with armrest on captain's chair in second row. Took it to local Chevy dealer for repair and Dave Towell Cadillac covered the repair cost in full. They certainly we're not obligated to take care of the cost of the repair as the agreement for the delivery of the vehicle was 'as is'. They however stood behind the vehicle with integrity. My local Chevy dealer said what Dave Towell Cadillac did for us was basically unheard of and the service department at Dave Towell was phenomenal to deal with- seamless. First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

Owned car for 8 years and 230,000+ miles (and 6-7 sets of tires ...). Still going strong, no issues, just regular maintenance items. Loved this car so much that I upgraded to the New Audi Q7 model (2017).

First of all, I want to mention how great atmosphere they have at YALCARS. Very clean, all organized, unexpectedly very professional which you do not see at a small dealership. My husband and I were treated great. They answered all our questions and also worked with our own bank. They let us drive the vehicle off the lot with a bank letter. I am glad to find them. P.S. we drove over 200 miles from IN.

I've read other review and am a bit flummoxed by some of the comments. Great workmanship, excellent fit and finish, and plenty of power. While I agree previous generations of Audis have been less that reliable (I've owned 7 over the decades), I've owned my 2014 A4 quattro since new and how have over 105k miles on the clock. I've not experienced any of the problems listed by other folks. I did purchase the extended maintenance plan for $1200 when I bought the car and had it serviced religiously by the dealer at no additional cost (with free loaner car) until 75K miles. Since then I found an independent mechanic that specializes on German cars that does great work at a reasonable price. The car has long been paid off and, with the crazy prices new and used cars are going for at the moment, I have no plan to purchase a new model.

My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.

This car has it all. Luxury, sportiness, comfort and economical. Beautiful lines and great interior. Back up camera could be a little better but over all really happy with my purchase.
