Lone Star Cadillac is a first class dealership. Mr. Ike Iwu and his team made my experience so quick and easy. They are very experienced in their jobs and are very professional. This is my 7th vehicle purchase from Richard Wells. He is such an amazing salesman and very professional. He makes the car-buying experience so seamless and easy. The entire staff was so professional and made every step during the process simple and quick. They made sure that I understood everything about my new car and walked me through every step. I really appreciated the care and attention that they showed me.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Samuel Ramsey has helped me twice this year. The young man is beyond patient. Answers all questions and takes the time to ensure you are well taken care of. Both times I purchased spur of the moment because he is so on point with his customer service skills. He has what we call a ?servant?s heart? for helping people.

Audi GrapevineReviews
Audi Grapevine review
When three warning lights came on in my car, it couldn?t have happened at a more inconvenient time. I had so many things to take care of, and trying to fit in a service appointment at Audi was the last thing I needed. To say my anxiety was high would be an understatement! However, from the moment I arrived at the dealership, my entire experience changed. Before I even got out of my car, Rene, my service advisor, greeted me at my car-door. He introduced himself, addressed me by name, and immediately made me feel welcome. I explained what was happening with my car, and he walked over, checked under the hood, and showed me what he believed might be a leak. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process, making sure I understood what was going on. What stood out most was the way Rene treated me. He made me feel like family rather than just another customer. This is my fourth Audi, and over the nine years I have owned Audis, I have encountered several different service advisors. I can honestly say that I have never felt as comfortable, confident, and well cared for as I did with Rene. He listened to my concerns, explained his recommendations, and made me feel completely at ease with the decisions we made regarding my vehicle. He also gave me a specific day and time when my car would be ready, and he delivered exactly as promised. Sure enough, I received a text today letting me know that my car was ready! As if that weren?t enough, Rene also asked whether I needed a ride to or from the dealership. His thoughtfulness, professionalism, communication, and genuine concern for my experience went above and beyond my expectations. Rene is truly an exceptional representative of the Audi brand. His approach to customer service is exactly what every dealership should strive for. He turned what began as a stressful situation into an experience that left me feeling valued, respected, and grateful. I wanted to take the time to write this review because people like Rene deserve to be recognized for the difference they make. Audi is fortunate to have him, and I sincerely hope his outstanding service receives the recognition it deserves. Thank you, Rene, for making what could have been a very stressful day such a positive experience. You have set the bar incredibly high for customer service!

EchoPark Automotive Dallas review
This is my 3rd time buying a car from EchoPark! I traded my 2021 Mazda 3 for a 2024 Audi A4. I love this car! The service is exceptional. All of my family has bought cars from Aaron and will continue!

Friendly, straight forward. Clean cars, easy to deal with. Did have to replace the battery after less than a week. Other than that, totally satisfied.

My overall experience couldn?t have been better. Hats off to Tom my service writer and the mechanic that did the work. The other employees I interacted with were also very courteous and professional.
2021 Audi RS 5 review
Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.
About Audi
Which Audi vehicle has the best MPG?
The hybrid Audi A3 e-tron can reach up to 36 combined MPG. The Audi A4 with traditional internal combustion engine offers up to 27 MPG city and 37 MPG highway for a combined rating of 31 MPG.
These figures are based on EPA mileage ratings and are for comparison purposes only. The actual mileage will vary depending on the selected vehicle model year, trim, driving conditions, driving habits, vehicle maintenance, and other factors.
Which Audi vehicle has the longest range?
The electric Audi A6 e-tron can travel up to 348 miles on a single charge depending on electric motor and battery options. The plug-in hybrid Audi Q8 can travel up to 300 electric-only miles before the gas engine kicks on.
EPA-estimated range is the distance, or predicted distance, a new plug-in vehicle will travel on electric power before its battery charge is exhausted. Actual range will vary depending on model year, driving conditions, driving habits, elevation changes, weather, accessory usage (lights, climate control), vehicle condition and other factors.
