2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

2016 Audi S7 review
The S7 may be the most perfect car ever made...once you get it used. At a whopping 100K price tag new, just wait 3 years and they hit the 40K mark quite quickly. Then, you have the smoothest, slickest, near supercar out there with minimal investment or risk. Best Audi I've ever had and I've had 14!

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. 2018 Audi A7 review
Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.

While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
2020 Audi S5 review
I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!
