Adam helped me online to choose an S4. He was always polite and courteous. He kept following up with me in a non obtrusive way. He answered my questions in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with him at Audi Dallas.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I worked with Jack in the internet sales department. He was responsive and helpful as I was going to have to travel to Dallas to get the car. We arranged the financing ahead of time, and everything was in place when I got there. Highly recommended!

Went in today to check out a car I'd found on Cars.com, a 2012 Audi A8L. Great salesman (Ryan) who really educated me on all of its features. Took it for a rest drive; city and freeway driving. Great experience. Will definite be back as I get closer to buying my next car.

Recently purchased a nee to me ram 3500 pickup from Dennis Hackler from Silver star motors. He worked with the with me the whole step of way(I was purchasing from out of state)during the process. He even had a Uber pick me up front the airport and drop me off at the dealership. My truck was sitting out front fueled up and ready to go. The dealership was clean and had a good selection of vehicles onsite. Did a test drive, signed a couple peaces of paper and I was on my way down the road back to Florida. Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
