Everything was as negotiated in advance. It was a very enjoyable interaction at the dealership. The car was ready when we arrived and permanent tags were installed the same day.

Excellent vehicle. Luxury SUV without luxury price tag. Fuel efficient, smooth ride. Great handling in the snow and awesome pickup! Of all of the vehicles I have owned, this is by far my favorite! I love my Audi!
I am a planner and I am very careful with large purchases so after doing extensive research on my next vehicle I called the dealership and got Dubois Kelly who informed me that the vehicle I was inquiring about was still in stock and I scheduled a time to view and test drive it. Dubois delivered platinum standard customer service! He was very welcoming to me and my Husband, he was knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very transparent of the purchase process and owning a luxury car. My new car had slight bumper damage prior to purchase and Audi fixed it the following week. It looked like it was never damaged! Jess Wildasin was excellent and was very accommodating. My only issue with the service experience was that if I was in there on a we owe then I should not have to spend my money to fill up a loner vehicle. With regard to the finance process, Cedric over promised and under delivered. The expectations of obtaining better financing terms were not transparent when financing was finalized. He then outsourced another manager for me to sign the sales agreement and skimmed the terms. I believe the other manager assumed that Cedric went over everything in depth prior to final signatures (which was not his fault he was great too by the way). The reason for the outsourcing was because he took another customer in the middle of my transaction. Mind you we were there at 2:30pm and did not leave until 7-7:30pm. Several days later I had some uneasiness with the finance portion and contacted Cedric. Thank goodness his Supervisor Will Nelson was available to bring clarity and transparency as Cedric continued to "double talk" me regarding the extended warranty that I purchased. After speaking with Mr. Nelson I was satisfied with the conversation. After Mr. Nelson assigned duties BACK to Cedric to complete, the updated warranty was not correct. He then updated the agreement and outsourced the task again to other people to ensure I signed it when I brought my car to be serviced. When it wasn't signed instead of inquiring with the people who he outsourced it to, he calls ME to ask me why didn't I find the person who has my paperwork to sign it! Why would it be my responsibility to ensure this was taken care of? As I type I still do not have an updated extended warranty agreement. So in conclusion, I enjoyed my Audi experience minus the finance process with Cedric.

This car, dealership and total value and experience far exceeded any other level I thought possible. The car is more than I expected. It preforms like a symphony. This is truly a driving experience that dreams are made of.
We purchased a used Subaru and were treated like we were buying a 50k Audi. Great staff who made the whole car buying experience the most pleasant ever. We walked away satisfied with the value of my trade in and the purchase price of our vehicle. Highly recommend!

the steering in the allroad is a little squirley. I read that there are a number of sensors that may have something to do with it. love the car, but this is a little annoying.
I am amending my review regarding Priority One Audi. I stopped in there a,few days ago to see the service manager. I have to say that he was extremely concerned with my issue and took it upon himself to look further into it. I am very happy to say I was treated with care and concern. My issue was taken care of. I have total respect for not just the Service manager, but for the entire team at the service department. They totally are a great crew and will take care of your car. Thank you again . You All are amazing.

While the car has largely been problem free other that the fob/ignition issue which seems to be pretty common, it really is just a car. We’ve had Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc and those were special, we find the Q3 okay, but we expected more - so have trouble rationalizing the price. If we could do it again we’d probably go with an Evoque. At least as good performance, a few more creature comforts and a lot more style.
My car suddenly went up and I was forced into figuring out my next car to buy in a very short period of time. It was stressful, but when I visited Dubois at Audi Owings Mills, he was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and addressed my many concerns, as I had never purchased a "luxury" car. My wife and daughter enjoyed meeting with him and learning more about the Audi brand. Dubois, Tyler, Dan and Robert provided me with wonderful service from the first test drive to the eventual financing of the vehicle. No pressure, very professional and a feeling that I was a valued customer will make me return to them, when I am in need for a new car in the future.

From the moment I reached out to Mr. Lowery he took excellent care of me. Upon shopping for my new purchase i contacted 4 dealers. A Beautiful car, probably the prettiest car I have ever owned. However it is a tire eater, the windshield wipers have broken repeatedly at the arm and it’s a bit noisy in terms of the ride. There is something going on with the front end that I can’t quite explain, it doesn’t seem stable and there is a shift that occurs.
Excellent vehicles and a great sales staff. Buying a car from Ourisman is like buying a car from a good friend instead of a pushy sales person. Joe is super knowledgeable and spent alot of extra time with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would buy from them again in a heart beat.

I really liked the car a lot at first glance. It also drove well as it was very connected to the road which is not surprising with the AWD system. Good power and handling but wanted more performance style seating and the rear headroom was non existent and I’m only 6’1”
Largely as a result of Joe Holloway???s assistance, I purchased a Volvo XC 60 last week. Joe was not only extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, he made an effort to match the perfect vehicle to my needs. No ???hard-sell,??? no pushing of unnecessary ???extras,??? he just tried to find the right car for me and to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I can???t recommend Joe highly enough!

I test drove the A4 a Mercedez Benz C class and a BMW iSeries. And the Audi was a cut above the rest. While each vehicle had its pros and cons the Audi A4 stands out as a total value thrill ride. A cut above the competition.
Joe Holloway was very knowledgable and patient in assisting me in the purchase of my new Audi. After months of deliberation on my part, Joe was able to provide a low-pressure experience. He answered all of my questions and thoruoghly explained the many features of both Volvos and Audis. Joe and his staff presented a fair deal and the final transaction with Nick Rotruck was smooth and seamless. I highly recommend Joe and the staff at Ourisman of Frederick.
