I was going interested in a car late in the evening so I emailed via the website link with questions about the car. I did get a response asking if there was anything they could do for me, but didn’t answer the questions I had asked. I replied to their email saying yes you can help me by answering the questions I had asked. I again received an email from them asking if there was anything they can do to help. This took place over about 3 days. I finally picked up the phone and called the dealership and was told the car was sold. Happy they sold the car, but felt like I missed any opportunity because they failed to respond to my initial request with questions.
