I was on vacation traveling from Maine to my home in Ohio, when the steering wheel on 2022 BMW 540i began shaking severely. Warnings that I could continue to drive but it needed to be seen for repair. I was able to get off the freeway and looked the closest BMW dealership. I was directed to BMW of Shrewsbury. Upon pulling into the dealership it was clear I needed help. I was directed to a service bay and was greeted by the employees who assisted me with setting up an immediate appointment. James Gibbons, client advisory was extremely helpful. He directed my wife and I to their refreshment area while the car was being evaluated. About 15-20 minutes later, James explained the issue with our car, which made it unsafe to drive. He also informed us that it was still under warranty but that it would be 3-4 days to get it repaired. I explained we needed to get back to Ohio the next day for work. James helped us arrange to get a rental car and had the rental company come pick us up from the dealership. He helped us with our luggage and was extremely kind. We were back on the road within 2 hours. James instructed me to call BMW roadside assistance to arrange getting our care brought to us once the repairs were completed. I want to thank everyone at the dealership and especially James.

My story: on Saturday Morning 5/31 I was blindsided in my BMW X6 (also a BMW Manchester acquisition). By the morning of Wednesday 6/4 the insurance company totaled my car. By Wednesday at 6PM I was driving out of the Manchester BMW dealership with a perfect solution to my needs. A final note to keynote my respect…sitting in my destroyed car on Saturday because I couldn’t exit the vehicle. I called two people…one of them was Dawn Jellow and one was a family member. Exceed a customer’s expectation…Dawn defines the service.

She makes car buying easy, and if you've bought cars in your past, you know that almost never happens. No runaround, no strategy to maximize their profits at your expense. Just honest numbers with a warm and friendly heart. Just got an end-of-the-month deal with her and Noah that I never thought possible. I wasn't even car shopping!! And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. I am grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Overall, I would give a five-star review to both Noah and David. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
