I inquired about the Lexus RX and stopped by the very next day without the intention to purchase it immediately. I ended up buying it on the spot because everything just felt right. The owner and the friendly sales team were amazing to me from the moment I walked in. They made sure I had new tires, a full tank of gas, and the car was detailed beautifully. I left feeling taken care of and truly happy with my Lexus

So... I did the entire deal over emails, messages and a couple phone calls...and I don't have the words to describe not just the awesome blue sl450... but the entire group of peeps that had a hand in making this deal happen. Brandon, nothing less than miracle worker, while 2 other dealership were dragging thier feet and not really into putting the entire deal together without a body in front of them. I live in ocala and so it's just over a 5 hr drive each way...and as promised Brandon had absolutely everything done before I got there... so I spent less than an hour at the dealership and then drove another 5 hrs home... and I can't thank everyone that had a hand in putting this deal together.

Sterling BMW review
This review is for sales. I live in Northern California but found a car that was optioned the way that I wanted at Sterling. I started an online chat and reached Joseph, the internet sales manager. He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. He arranged for transport of my car and even came in early to personally ensure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Awesome experience

BMW of Santa MonicaReviews
BMW of Santa Monica review
We walked into SM BMW only looking to test drive the new 228i. Knowing that we wanted a manual transmission, we knew we'd have to order the car. We planned to play a few dealerships against one another to get the best deal. After talking for a few minutes about what we specifically were looking for, our rep informed us they had a brand new 328i that fit the bill. We looked at it, and even though it wasn't exactly what we were looking for, it was exactly what we really wanted! We made out like bandits on the deal, as BMW's with manual transmissions aren't exactly what the average buying is looking for, but it was EXACTLY what we wanted. The car is loaded up with all the options, and 6 months in we couldn't be happier with it. First service was easy to schedule, they provided a loaner car that was comparable to our car (automatic tho) and it was ready on time. I highly recommend this dealership, Achilles, our advisor, and BMW in general. This is my 5th BMW, but first from this dealership, I'm already planning on #6, and it will be from Santa Monica BMW!

BMW of Roseville review
Laura Stevens is an excellent service advisor. Went in for 10k service and a front wheel check. Everything taken care of at a fair price. And timely.

BMW of Wesley ChapelReviews
BMW of Wesley Chapel review
It is a genuine please for me to recommend BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel and especially Chad Stephens for his professional service that not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was always readily available via his cell phone or when busy texted to let me know he was working with a client and that he would get back to me as soon as he was available. He also went the extra mile when it came to paying attention to details. I feel that BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel has established a record of responsibility, reliability, promptness and integrity through Chad Stephens and you Alex Senko your financial professional At times, as in many cases, we ran into special circumstances where the outcome relied on the flexibility and promptness of the professionals at BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel. Fortunately, Chad Stephens put the extra effort and time to deliver a positive outcome. I am confident of the quality of profession and excellent customer service Chad and Alex provided as their number one priority. I am pleased to recommend Chad Stephens; he is the best. Sincerely Roger

AutoNation USA HendersonReviews
AutoNation USA Henderson review
I mentioned that I noticed the the battery manufacturer date code sticker says 2022. That means the battery is 4 years old. Even though they said it tested good. Anyone that lives in Las Vegas knows that car batteries only last for 2 to 3 years. I don't think it's right for them to sell me a car that has a 4 year old battery in it.

Hendrick BMW Northlake review
The thing that kept it from being all five star was I never got an update from my service advisor and had to text at the end of my day to see if my car was ready. I then had to rush out and through traffic to get there before closing time.
