Valencia BMWReviews
Valencia BMW review
I had an exceptional car-buying experience at Valencia BMW. For context, I have a dealership 5 min from my home, but we drove an hour to Valencia and would do it again 10x over! Let's be honest, most of us hate car shopping. It's a necessary event in our lives a few times over and one I, and my husband, typically dread. THIS car purchase could NOT have been smoother, more professionally handled or more of a genuinely pleasant surprise. Truly. I felt like Danny (Sales Manager), Amir (Salesperson), and Zaeed (Finance) were all in our corner from the minute I called and until we pulled away in our brand new BMW. They wanted us to have the car as much as we wanted it! And they were happy to make it happen and be a part of it. Some dealerships have a "move metal" mentality... well, at Valencia BMW, we felt like their goal wasn't just to sell us a car, it was to become our family dealership. And now all I need to do is talk my hubby into needing a BMW for himself so we can do it all again! Thank you gentlemen, it was a pleasure to do business with you all and we hope to do it again in the future! Cheers! PS..at 54yo, I had never had a "Red Bow" moment and thanks to Amir, I got one! It was really special! 10/10 Would Highly Recommend

BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!

United BMWReviews
United BMW review
I purchased car in August of 2025 from United BMW. Nelson assisted me with the purchase and was amazing. He listened and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and knows the brand extremely well enough that he was able to intelligently answer all my questions. The finance department was very helpful and not pushy with add-on sales. Over the past year that I owned the car, Nelson has been very responsive and helpful with additional questions I had. I recently brought the car in for regular service, and the service department was very helpful. I have been to many BMW dealerships, and this dealership stands apart from the others.

I had a really great experience with Lucas. He was super patient and easy to work with from the start. Even though the car I went in to see was sold right before I got there, he didn’t rush me or try to push anything else. Instead, he took his time showing me around and helped me look at a few other options. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right fit for his customers. I really appreciated how professional and down to earth he was throughout the process. Definitely someone I’d recommend asking for if you’re in the market for a car. L.Montoya

BMW of Buena Park review
Thanks to Gregory M. I picked up my custom order 430i this week from BMW Buena Park. We had an issue at first, but Gregory and the Autonation team stepped it up to remedy the error. My visit to pick up my car was perfect. Gregory was great in every way, super friendly, efficient and exemplary at setting up my new ride and explaining as many features as possible. He followed up after the purchase as well to thank me for my business and even answered some additional questions I had setting up some features after I got home. I've purchased A LOT of cars and this was by far a great purchase experience.

I bought both my vehicles at BMW of North Houston a couple of year’s ago. This month I took both cars in for first scheduled service. The appointment setting was easy and Val my advisor did an excellent job getting everything taken care of immediately while keeping me informed. Loved how their tech is seamlessly used to help with giving you a play by play. Loved the purchasing experience and now enjoyed the service experience for my ultimate driving machines.

Everyone who worked with me was phenomenal, especially the sales respresentive, Mike Russo. He was patient, diligent, hard-working, and very kind. I would not be in this gorgeous new BMW if it weren't for his excellent salesmanship. The general manager was attentive and professional. The financial department was quick, efficient, and personable during signing. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was impeccably detailed and waiting in the glass-encased parking spot donned with a red bow. Wonderful experience. Even with a 3 1/2 hour commute to this dealership, I will be back and recommending BMW of North Houston to others.

MINI of DallasReviews
MINI of Dallas review
BMW mini took great care to provide an excellent service experience!! From the initial greeting to my service advisor, Oscar, walking me through the plan for the day and respecting my opinion to the video of repairs sent by the service team to the final check out. Also, i was provided a darling new loaner car. All was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Kris Mroz was my sales representative. He was fantastic! He was very efficient! He responded to my text messages immediately, he guided me with the questions I had. He is a very pleasant person to speak to, very patient. I highly recommend BMW of Ft. Lauderdale - Holman, specially Kris Mroz.

Enjoyed working with Mary as our sales rep and Armando in Finance. Felt like a valuable customer. Very attentive and helped us get a reduction in price.

BMW of MonroviaReviews
BMW of Monrovia review
Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end
