This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

After looking at various Mustangs for a couple of days, and walking away from a couple of deals because of bogus dealer fees, overpriced vehicles, or mechanical/cosmetic issues, I reached out to Palomino via the cars.Com app. Really didn't have high expectations. Doing research I found they didn't have any ridiculous dealer fees. I was curious but pessimistic. However Dennis reached out to me and I came in after work for a test drive. He had the car out front ready for me. It was super simple, pretty much as soon as I walked in he got a copy of my license, handed me the key,and told me take my time. I looked over the vehicle then drove it. I took it around for a while, on my own (some dealers send the salesman with you on the test drive). When I came back Dennis already had the numbers ready. Very straightforward. The online price was the price. There was a doc fee if $150, an inspection fee of $43, and standard TTL. NO DEALER FEES! The price was fair and the process super easy. No pressure at all. No constant barrage of texts, calls, and emails. I decided to put a deposit down since it was late and come back the next morning with payment. I showed up the next day, the process was about 10 minutes and I was on my way in a very nice, well taken care of 2018 red Ford Mustang convertible. The car was great, the price fair, but what really struck me was how chill Dennis was. I'm pretty sure he wanted to sell me a car, but he was so nice and easy going it was like buying from a friend you have known for years. I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.
