Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX.  My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless.   I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano.   Dau was very courteous, professional, straightforward and gave me a fair deal on the trade in.  I felt comfortable enough to drive 3.5 hrs to see him.  Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive.  With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time.   We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter.  Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for.   I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future.  I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Overall we had a good experience. Easy to schedule appointment. No pressure Test drive at length. No last minute Additional fees added. Unfortunately they had just received the car and it was snowing the days before therefore they were not able to pick up on some things like Cracked screen. They did offer discount in price but we felt it was not enough therefore deal did not go through. Kim kate was really helpful and friendly.

Daniel was very helpful, honest, and open through the process and while there was an error in the price quote for my Volvo XC90, Brandi and Daniel were able to quickly take ownership of the situation and work with me to reach a . Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. It's my 5th 5 series BMW. 21' Arctic pearl white 530i with cognac Dakota leather vented seats. Absolutely amazing car. Smooth as glass acceleration, handling and braking. Large like an an old 7 series. 44 miles to the gallon doing over a 100mph going to Arizona in eco mode. The Sport mode is kick ass and noticibly quicker and tighter handeling. When I test drove her I thought for sure it was a 6 cylinder, it wasn't. 4 cylinder twin turbo. I wanted the straight 6 but was $12,000 more...to much. Each night I still go out to the garage and look at her before going to bed. Will be buying it 4/24 when lease expires. Greg
