Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

This was literally the best, most smooth car buying experience I’ve ever been through. I had to drive about 40 miles to their dealership because they had the perfect car in stock, on the drive there I called them to ask if I can start the process now, in order to cut down time, since my drive was over an hour. Marvin sent me a credit app through text immediately and I filled it out. By the time I arrived at the dealership, Sara had already gotten approval from the bank. All I had left to do was sign and test drive and get the keys. It was the fastest I’ve ever gotten approved and been out the dealership, not to mention…I have horrible credit! This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.

As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.
