My service advisor was great to work with. The only thing is that I see him way more often than I like.
2014 BMW 640 review
Bought this car with over 40,000 on it just a couple of weeks ago. Black Carbon Metallic Exterior and Cinnamon Brown Interior. Not many in the US and have been looking for a number of months . Have had 2 3 Series, 3 5 Series and Two 7's. Never a 6 and this one we will hang on to for years to come. Love the 6 and always wanted one being a BMW owner since 1982 and a member of the BMWCCA since 1982. ( P.J. Hamlett ) ( Will be showing it this July 8th at the DeutscheMarques German Car show at the Gilmore Car Museum) 6th year for the This Growing German car show - Now the largest in the MidWest between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, Michigan.

I submitted a negative review last week after a 5-week ordeal with a new car, but Autonation worked with me to resolve the issue via service and make up for it in other ways, which I appreciated. I don't see any way to edit my previous review so I am submitting this new one.
2012 BMW 640 review
Overall an excellent buy , grat performance vehicle exterior styling is some thing to behold , interior is ver comfortable for a sports car , ample leg room , easily navigable features for the driver . A few features I would have liked to see differently would be the dash as its designed reflects on the windshield and is annoying . Entering the address into the navigation system is tedious I think a touch screen would make it easier and finally when you plug in your charger for devices your hand ends up reting on it. But still an excellent car !

2016 BMW 640 review
This vehicle is the ultimate driving machine for real. The technology and performance factors make my driving a comfortable Indy 500 experience everyday. I’ve purchased BMWs from Riverside BMW for over 10 years from the 3 series convertible hard top (2) to the 528i and loved them all. They only keep getting better and better with time which blows my mind each series change. Chuck, Jose, Fabian, Jamal, and JR are the best

My first time buying a vehicle online. I sent an email. Avi contacted me. Then his associate, Fadi phoned; since Avi was getting married that weekend! Fadi was extremely helpful & both had pleasant personalities. It was white glove service. My SUV was delivered to my door & license plate is coming through mail. I'm extremely pleased with my choice & their service.

I just brought a 2009 BMW 328i coupe. I brought the car from Don Massey Cadillac dealership. My salesman was Rob Sanders. Rob has excellent customer services, willness & readiness to help. He was very attentive to my needs in what I really wanted in a car even going as far into help me look for the best insurance company. This is the first time I truly felt that the salesman was there for me, and not just to make a sale. I"ll always go back to Don Massy Cadillac in Plymouth ,MI. 734 453-7500. Call them up and ask for Rob Sanders, the staff there is WONDERFUL. THANK YOU ROBERT SANDERS FOR YOU SUPPORT. SHERRY a.

This is a beautiful and well equipped car. The size of the 6 series convertible is much better than the 4 series. Drives like a dream and is a great car!

2015 BMW 640 review
I have been driving BMW since my first 320i in "79" I sold my 2004 645ci 6 speed with 123K miles for top dollar, & purchased this beauty. I love the way this car handles with the M & executive packages. The six cylinder with the single turbo has plenty of pep. The first day I put the temporary plates on it I had two different people approach me to inquire about the car. With only 25K miles on the odometer this Florida car rides like a brand new one. No more shifting which is delightful for my two new hips.....
