Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

Lone Star Cadillac is a first class dealership. Mr. Ike Iwu and his team made my experience so quick and easy. They are very experienced in their jobs and are very professional. This is my 7th vehicle purchase from Richard Wells. He is such an amazing salesman and very professional. He makes the car-buying experience so seamless and easy. The entire staff was so professional and made every step during the process simple and quick. They made sure that I understood everything about my new car and walked me through every step. I really appreciated the care and attention that they showed me.

Grubbs Volvo Cars GrapevineReviews
Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine review
Today I bought a pre-owned Volvo V40. Eric Glover took my call yesterday and sold us the car today. He's a good salesman and made our experience a very pleasant one. Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

Well I am blown away! The owner personally reached out to me about what I was looking for and wanted. Expressed his excitement and willingness to help me find what I want and need. I have stopped looking elsewhere and will with out a doubt complete my purchase with them. Very friendly and willing to go the distance to obtain my business and make me feel welcomed and relaxed. Thank you Ivan for your personal care and attention to me as a person first!

Trae was outstanding in his customer service. He listened to what we needed as well as wanted in a car and delivered. He made the buying experience one that normally is a stressful time into a relaxing one.

Would have given 5 star and I won't completely fault the dealership. My credit union drug their feet in communicating which extended the time there. The car was just as described, clean inside and out. Just purchased a week ago and so far so good.
2012 BMW 740 review
I love 7 Series and this is my most favorite car ever. Luxury and Sporty at same time. I love body style of BMW 740i, 2010 to 2015 Models.

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

I only test-drove a vehicle here and I was amazed by the process. Adam was super chill, with no pressure on why I didn’t want the vehicle. I’ll more than likely be back here!

BMW, Mini of Wichita review
Incredibly satisfied with the overall experience at MINI of Wichita. I worked with a very nice salesman (Mathew) who worked with me to find a car of my dreams. AND it was delivered to my house in Kansas City. Overall, so very happy!
