He knows how to deal with people well, he goes above and beyond what is required and I truly admire him for that. Ryan, thank you VERY MUCH - you are going to be star one day at Holman (BMW of FLL). Btw, Holman is a car dealership with over 50 locations across several high end vehicle brands. Holman started over 100 years ago and is currently in it's 3rd generation of family ownership. A wonderful, beautiful car dealership (to say the least). Everyone who works at Holman is a special person and will treat you right, from start to finish. A++ for Holman and all of it's employees. Without hestitation, and reassurance Jacob made my hope a reality. This was my first experience purchasing a car through my local BMW of The Woodlands Dealership. However, it will not be my last. The warmth, professionalism, care, and overall experience that I received at this dealership excels all the other car dealerships in Montgomery County, Texas. I have never felt so relaxed, zero high pressure tactics, and stress free, in the car buying process then at this BMW Dealership located, in The Woodlands, Texas. When I first walked though the door, the welcome group of smiling faces, professional appearance, and the smoothing atmosphere was overwhelming to me. They did not attempt to sell me a whole bunch of add ons to pad their profits and the entire experience from start through signing was top notch. I'd recommend Hendrick BMW to anyone looking for a BMW or Mini Cooper.
