BMW of Orland Park review
I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

BMW of Lincoln makes buying a car a very personal and enjoyable experience. I have worked with many BMW dealers across the nation and have never been treated this well. I am an out of state buyer however, would make BMW of Lincoln my personal dealer of choice. Everyone from the Sales Manager to Finance team were absolutely great to work with. Whether you have worked with BMW of Lincoln in the past or are looking for a new dealer, THIS IS THE PLACE!

BMW of the Main LineReviews
BMW of the Main Line review
Dealership was clean, salesman was courteous and accommodating. I felt the manager should have introduced himself/herself and welcomed a customer that drove an hour and paid cash for a preowned vehicle. The manager also relayed a message they would not accept a personal check even though I was assured a check was fine before I arrived. I was in the dealership for four hours, most time was spent was for prepping the new vehicle. No other personnel in the dealership said anything to me. There was coffee and water. Would consider adding some small snacks for customers waiting.

As fast as my 911 but I can drive it in the winter without special tires. Great suspension, brakes and gas mileage. HK stereo is terrific. Wonderful value. I only wish the sport seats were a bit wider.

BMW of BrooklynReviews
BMW of Brooklyn review
I’ve been in the market for a new car for over a year and couldn’t decide which one I wanted to buy. I kept searching and constantly changing my mind on the car. Everyone pretty much assumed that I wasn’t getting a new car. That all changed when I visited BMW of Brooklyn with a friend who was looking to buy a BMW. During my search, I did come across a few BMW models that caught my attention, but it wasn’t until I met Anthony Miccio, Client Advisor, that solidified my decision to buy a car. Anthony was courteous, knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in what I was looking for in a car. I also appreciated that he was very straightforward and did not try to upsell me with things that I didn’t want or need. There was never a moment that I felt pressured or unsure about what I was getting into. In fact, the very same day that I visited the BMW of Brooklyn, I ended up purchasing a car! That’s an almost impossible feat for a chronically undecisive person like me, but that’s how comfortable I was in Anthony’s hands. I met with Nick Hernandez, General Sales Manager, during the financial process. He was very personable and made the process easy and smooth. He took the time to explain all the options available to me and helped me figure out what I needed. He was an absolute joy to speak with, I felt like I was speaking with a longtime friend. I love my new 5 Series. What they say is true - the BMW experience is a whole another level! I highly, HIGHLY recommend BMW of Brooklyn to be your official BMW dealer. I give it 10 stars out of 5! You know where to go for your next BMW…you definitely know where I’m going!!!

2020 BMW M340 review
This is by far and away the best car I’ve ever owned. Much more than a normal 3 series, but without the complications that come with owning a full blown M3. Very comfortable, fast and still gets decent gas mileage.

BMW serve center was on time with a short wait time for 2 rear tire replacements due to low treads and regular maintenance. 4-wheel alignment was performed as well. I arrived at 8:40am and left before 11:30am. Heating working well. I will have to return for AC maintenance due to me being out do town until March 2026. I was scheduled for appt on the 30th. Excellent service.

2024 BMW M340 review
I almost bought a BMW 325i, 40 years ago. My new BMW M340ix is perfect on looks, feel, handling, drivability, power and size. I guess what they say is so true; Better late than never. power and size! Almost bought a 325i 40 years ago but still better late than never. It’s really not just a catch phrase for sales, it really is; “The Ultimate Driving Machine”.

Tom Bush BMW MINI JacksonvilleReviews
Tom Bush BMW MINI Jacksonville review
Our outstanding service experience at Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville reinforces why we keep our loyalty to BMW. We had exceptional service throughout the entire process, from the moment I met the service clerk at drop off to my initial conversation with the service coordinator, Chad, to Michelle with the loaner car to the video from the service technician, Kat, to all of the follow up texts and conversations with Chad, and finally to the folks who detailed my car. The service department went the extra mile in cleaning the sticky substance that was interfering with the Park button on the center panel, which saved me from having to spend several thousands on a new one. Every single person I interacted with treated me with such kindness. I felt as though each member of the service department had graduated from a hospitality program because they knew how to make the customer happy. I look forward to my next service appointment!

BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙
