Niello BMW Elk Grove review
Great service, I would recommend this dealership too all my family and friends. The choice of different type of models and colors of cars is awesome. I went up there wanting one thing and could make my mind up. I didn't ask to many questions, cause I didn't want to be talked into something I didn't want. But with my observation I changed my mind. I'm for sure going back to get what I want. Great experience in all !!

BMW of Sarasota review
I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. Carlos represents BMW of Sarasota with integrity and a high degree of professionalism.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience purchasing my BMW from this dealership, even though I'm out of state. Samique made the process seamless—communicative, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Jenn, the finance representative, was just as fantastic, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the top-notch service and will absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free, premium car-buying experience.
