Casey was easy to work with. Love the test drive; just gave me the keys and said check it out. Deal was simple and to the point from both sides. Truck was great, they detailed and got me out quicker than anywhere I’ve ever been. No high pressure B.S. here. Thanks Impex and Casey!

Usually my husband takes care of getting the car serviced. This was one of the first times I've gotten the task done. From driving into the building, to picking up the car after service, my experience was really smooth. By the way, my experiences with BMW have always been handled in a timely & gracefully manner.

Went in for an oil change (for a non-BMW vehicle that was purchased from the dealership). They were super nice, opened on time, Michael (and the young woman who moved my car, I didn’t catch your name, I’m sorry!) were pleasant, the waiting area was clean and comfy, and while it’s not an express oil change, I knew that ahead of time. I was fine to wait, and I didn’t even have to wait as long as I thought I might! Then they washed my car, which my baby definitely needed. Overall, a lovely experience!

Casey BMWReviews
Casey BMW review
If you’re going to Casey BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Julliana! I started browsing last weekend for a year-end upgrade, and she turned a 'just looking' trip into the best car-buying experience of my life. She met me exactly where I was, communicated perfectly via text, and found me such a great deal that I bought TWO cars at the same time! Julliana went above and beyond to make sure the pickup was effortless. When I arrived, both vehicles were detailed and shining, and the entire process was lightning-fast. I’ve never had a salesperson make a double-purchase feel this easy. She is a total rockstar!

Fishers Imports NWReviews
Fishers Imports NW review
Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.
2025 BMW M5 review
The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

Amar sold me a 2023 C8 Corvette. He was attentive from the initial phone call. This was very important because the dealership is in Florida and I live in Tennessee. He answered every question, sent multiple videos of the car and was available from start to finish. Thanks Amad.

CarMax SpokaneReviews
CarMax Spokane review
CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.

Bergstrom Luxury on Victory Lane - Alfa Romeo Audi BMW INFINITI Jaguar Land Rover Maserati Mercedes-Benz Volvo review
Bergstrom Lexus is the greatest automotive buying experience you have not yet had the opportunity and pleasure to know. I have traded in and bought 7 vehicles over the last 3 years. I was dismayed and disappointed in many dealerships response to an independent business woman’s request for transparency, accountability, and fairness. I was overwhelmed and impressed with my incredible experience at Bergstrom Lexus. Rick Bergstrom, along with Al Solowicz, and Eric Schultz, have completely changed my perception of the automobile purchasing experience, I was treated with respect, kindness, and applauded as an independent woman for making an informed, intelligent decision. You will never find a more pleasant, enjoyable car buying experience, hands down. They have my respect, my business, and my many referrals for life! They are a class act!!!! Thank you Bergstrom Lexus. Sherrie Servais

Excellent engineering and styling in the '26 M5 Touring. Excellent handling. Missing are massaging seats and soft close doors for a vehicle in this price range. Wish there were softer suspension options. Beautiful vehicle and the Touring turns heads, as does the sedan

McLaren Philadelphia review
I’ve bought and sold hundreds of cars, most being exotic, and all over the country. My experience with Kresstoph was among the most straightforward and pleasant. While most people don’t actually enjoy negotiating, Kress was a consummate professional the entire way through and kept it simple and pleasant. Although it took a couple days to get the deal done, he maintained great contact and worked with us to get it done. He’s also a man of his word. When he said he was going to do something, he made it happen. That’s rare in this business and should be commended. Thank you Kresstoph for an excellent long-distance deal. We will definitely be working with you again!

Porsche MarinReviews
Porsche Marin review
I brought our Macan in for a routine Oil Service! From the time I pulled into the very welcoming service area to the time my car was pulled around (impeccably washed, dried and polished) the service was exemplary (as always at this center I might add). I was checked in by my Service Advisor, Ivy, and she outlined the service that was to be performed, the estimated cost of the service and she applied the very generous discount coupon that I received days before in the mail!! Nice surprise! I needed to work on my phone and laptop and the General Manager found me a place where I could quietly do my work!! One of the customer service staff made me a perfect coffee drink in the waiting area (Starbucks should be this clean and organized)!! Finished my work, chatted for an hour or so with a fellow Porsche Club of America friend and voila! My car was ready!! The experience was incredibly welcoming (by every associate that I came into contact with). It feels like home when I spend time at Porsche Marin! Can't wait to go back!!!

XYZ Motors review
Ever since Mason Weber sold me the Honda Accord, I’ve deeply appreciated and respected the Honda brand and XYZ’s excellence in service. I was hooked the second Mason showed me the speculations of the accord. The car is very reliable and moves well in my every day commutes. It’s a perfect blend of sport and comfort. There is nothing better I could have asked for.
