CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

BMW of Monrovia review
Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

DCH Honda of Temecula review
Thank you DCH for making it so. Nick, the affable and knowledgeable sales person, guided me through the low pressure decision. As I waited in the sales room during the process, I could hear the other deals being discussed in a personable manner from a team confident in their product and caring for their customer. This is the experience you want for your friends and family. I recommend Nick and DCH Honda to anyone looking for a great car and a friendly helpful team.
2023 BMW X1 review
Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

Pacific BMWReviews
Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

2023 BMW X1 review
New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻♀️

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!
