BMW of Springfield staff were great to work with and made the whole process easy. Our salesman Hunter was super knowledgeable on everything BMW and super kind. Big thanks to Luke as well!
2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

BMW of Ramsey review
I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.

Smythe Volvo Cars review
I saw a car that I was interested in and called the dealership, Smythe Volvo in Summmit. I spoke to a salesmen, Jesus Garcia. I drove to the dealership to see and test drive the care. Jesus was very accommodating. His warm and kind nature made it easy and comfortable in deciding on the car. When we got back to the office I gave an offer and it was excepted. I picked the car up in two days. I thank Jesus and the finance manager for their time in creating a non hostile situation. Special Thanks!

Everything was great. Angelo Simone helped me a lot. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank him.
2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

2020 BMW X1 review
Love the car. Has all the room I need and a decent motor. However, I am a "car guy" and nitpick little things because I like my car to be perfect 1. Had to replace motor mounts at around 30,000 miles. Fortunately covered under extended warranty. 2. I will soon be replacing front inside door handles. This is known problem with the materials used. 3. Car goes through batteries pretty quickly, three in six years. $550.00 each time. 4. Very difficult to come to a smooth stop due to "grabby" brakes. Another common complaint. Despite the above I love the car and its utility.

VML Motors Quality Pre-OwnedReviews
VML Motors Quality Pre-Owned review
If you're in the market for a reliable BMW, look no further than VML Motors — and ask for Mike. From the very first conversation, we built a great rapport. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, sharing detailed photos and videos of the car before I even set foot on the lot. The whole buying experience was seamless, and I drove the car home almost the same day. During the paperwork, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike's parents — and they were just as wonderful as he is. Two of the most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. It's easy to see where Mike gets it from. They've raised a truly blessed family, and I wish them nothing but the best and endless prosperity. What really sets Mike apart, though, is what happened after the sale. He stayed in touch, checked in on how the car was doing, and when I mentioned some steering wheel vibration — likely an alignment or tire balance issue — he offered to cover the cost of fixing it without hesitation. That kind of generosity is rare in this industry, and it speaks volumes about his character. Most dealerships move on the moment the deal is signed. Mike genuinely cares about his customers long after the paperwork is done. When I'm ready for my next BMW, I already know exactly where I'm going and who I'm calling.

2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

Both Alex Galo and Deslie Promesse are amazing! My bestie and I went in for a new car and they both were extremely understanding of our finances and made everything possible for us to leave here at peace and with joy! If you ever come here, ask for them! You won’t regret it!

2023 BMW X1 review
New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻♀️

2019 BMW X1 review
The BMW X1 has a handsome cabin full of premium materials. Space is reasonably good for a small SUV, with a nice amount of head- and legroom in both rows. The engine produces ample power for daily driving. Whether you are commuting down the highway, driving to the grocery store, or taking off quickly from a red light, the BMW X1 can do it all.

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.
2023 BMW X1 review
Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.
