Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

The price of the car far out weighs the looks. It has very modern features Even lets you know when a pedestrian is crossing before you see them. The interior lights on the doors are changing neon lights (this is super cool)

Thank you again Tommy Luk and BMW West Houston. I stopped counting how many cars we have bought from Tommy but I think this one is number 8. I think it says a lot about someone, when they have such high repeat customers like myself. Tommy builds relationships, he is not in it to sell you one car and done. He is extremely honest and works hard for your business. I keep going to BMW west because of the outstanding service department and my incredible service advisor Janna Wolf. The entire team here is outstanding. Extremely helpful and approachable.
