The Right Salesperson Makes All The Difference

It takes a committed and efficient dealership team to provide a car buyer with a pleasant and successful experience. For me, Anthony Juliano became the captain of that team. When I began looking for a 2018 Accord I contacted Motor Werks Honda because the dealership treated me well when I purchased by previous car from them AND during my visits to their service facility over the past 5 years. I communicated with nine (yes that IS a lot) different Honda dealers in my area during my search for a new car, so I have some experience with many different salespeople. Anthony stood above all others in his persistence, in his integrity and in his desire that I feel good about the deal I got and the treatment I received. My quest for a new car was not easy. First, there was not one Accord in my area with the trim and color combination I wanted. Second, I wanted to buy that car at a price I thought was fair (to me and the dealer - but mostly to me) and third I had a sweet ride I wanted to trade in and get top dollar for. Salespeople from other dealers tried to switch me to a different car which they already had on their lot, or asked me to give them a deposit and they would order the exact car I wanted - with delivery estimates between 30 and 90 days! Anthony was the ONLY salesperson committed to getting me the car *I* wanted and getting it in a reasonable timeframe. Like any good team captain he mobilized his resources. John, part of Anthony???s team, was able to locate the exact car I wanted (which had just arrived at another dealer) and call in a favor to get that car over to Motor Werks. They did this without me making any commitment to buy the car. Once the right car was found, Anthony worked with his manager to offer me a price that I beleived was fair. Only then did I go to the dealership so they could appraise my current car. Up till then all my communication was done via email and phone - I hadn???t ever met Anthony. Once I arrived at the dealership there was some back and forth about the trade-in price, but Anthony was on MY side and eventually Ziggy, a manager, agreed to a trade-in price that was good for everyone. Three hours after walking into Motor Werks Honda and meeting Anthony in person for the first time, I drove home in my brand new car! Now THAT is efficiency! So, would I recommend Anthony to others who want to buy a new Honda? If you don???t already know the answer to that question, please read this review again. A better question might be, ???after reading this review (and other reviews about Anthony) why wouldn???t you contact Anthony before you buy a new Honda????.
