Used 2024 BMW X3 for sale near Wrentham, MA

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. We purchased a CPO Porsche Cayenne S. The dealership was beautiful, very modern and clean. Our sales person John was very knowledgeable and professional. The sales process was very smooth, perhaps the best I?ve experienced. Upon delivery the vehicle was meticulously detailed. John took the time to explain all tech snd features the vehicle offered. After taking delivery, he reached out again to make sure we were enjoying the vehicle, asked if we had any further questions. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this dealership.

Had my first visit to service department for an AC driver's side blower malfunction. I arrived while they performed an inspection and then attempted to address the issue. Strangely enough, the blower worked when they checked. Staff were professional, friendly and courteous.

I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! The dealership swiftly had me pull my car in for an unscheduled recall item ( i scheduled it from an email that i received about the recall, but they didnt notify the location). Everyone was very helpful and kind. Great experience even though it was a free recall service and i didnt even purchase the car from them😀.

I have been a proud owner of BMW X5 for various years models since 2011. The one I got serviced from 2021 model was not upto BMW standards as the trunk part rusted by early 2015 and stopped performing. I do not expect this from BMW cars as they donot Rust this quickly. Normally it takes over 8-10 years to rust. We pay premium pricing for a great product, but in this case, this was not the scenario where I have to pay extra service charges to repair a substandard quality component. I owns 3 bmw x5 and hope this does not repeat or else we may look at other brands.

We pretty much waked in off the street and Peter took good care of us. Listened to what we were looking for and presented numerous options. He stayed late, past closing, to make sure we found what we were looking for. Although we haven’t taken delivery yet of the vehicle (due to our own personal timing and availability), everything so far has been smooth and pleasant.

Brought my X3 in to troubleshoot the parking assist feature that was showing an error code. Ethan, as usual, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He let me know upfront the the problem is usually a sensor that was damaged. He was correct? Looked like a rock from the road hit it. As it wasn't a defect it would be an out of pocket cost. Ethan got the cost down as low as he could. Every time that I have brought the car to BMW of Shrewsbury I have been extremely pleased. I continue to use them as my " go to" BMW dealer.
