Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.

Got to the dealership a little early. One service guy was helping another customer. I appreciate his efforts to help her but we waited for about 20 minutes to actually be assisted. I was in for my first service appointment. Two plus hours later, I basically got an oil change and was told that my tires needed rotating but that I should get an alignment as well so that I didn’t mess up the rotation. So, oil change and no tire rotation! I was also told that I could do the alignment and tire rotation at BMW Tyler so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Dallas. Hmmmm. How about you just do the rotation with the service. I left for about 2 hours and came back to the waiting room. I had to go up to the service guy twice to see where my car was at. The second time I went up, I asked about the car and he said he wondered as well. He called the service department and quickly went and got my car. I have to say, my service guy was very nice. But the dealership is very quiet. None of the employees seem to engage with one another. There is a weird atmosphere in the building as if no one likes one another. Not sure I’ll go back there unless I have a major issue. One last thing, apparently they wash your car for you. I was asked if I was waiting around, which I was. I was told that if i got the car wash that it would push me past the 2 hour mark. Well, I didn’t need a car wash if that was the case. I opted out of getting one. The funny thing is, I went past the 2 hour mark, only got an oil change and no car wash.

2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Professional, honest and a pleasure to do business with. Bought my 2013 Panamera from Dany and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. These guys are real car guys who truly care about the long term satisfaction of their clients. The car was fairly priced and they worked with me to participate in new tires (tires on it were fine, I just wanted different brand) and new brakes (all Porsche parts!). Even did a great job addressing the little paint chips and imperfections in the car (all done weeks after the sale was completed to accommodate my busy schedule). Great communication and all aspects of the experience were professional and fair. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking at a high end luxury car (or any car for that matter). 2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I was dreading the process of buying a car because of all the haggling, hidden fees, and dishonesty associated with the car buying process. I called the day before we came in to see if they had the car we were looking for. Scott was very knowledgable about each car on his lot, and was very friendly. The next morning when we went to go look at the cars that were available at the dealership and found all the cars were clean, orderly, and well kept. Scott was very kind, not the typical "Used Car Salesman", and willing to work with us to find a car that fit our needs, and worked with us on the pricing to be extremely competitive, and genuinely cared about our situation. I have never had a car buying experience like this. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at Anderson Motor Company it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

We live in Boca, thus we have closer BMW dealerships, however, none could possibly be as good as your dealership is/was. We visited a more local dealership before going to yours and the experience was not over the top, as your dealership is/was. I told Ryan he is a rising star at your dealership and I meant it. He knows how to deal with people well, he goes above and beyond what is required and I truly admire him for that. Ryan, thank you VERY MUCH - you are going to be star one day at Holman (BMW of FLL). Btw, Holman is a car dealership with over 50 locations across several high end vehicle brands. Holman started over 100 years ago and is currently in it's 3rd generation of family ownership.
